Faisal Hussain has been identified as the gunman in the deadly Danforth Avenue shooting rampage.
Ontario's Special Investigations Unit (SIU) released Hussain's identity on Monday evening, hours after he opened fire on a number of Danforth Avenue restaurants, killing two people and injuring 13 more.

Assuming if mental illness is a factor, he joins a growing list of mass shooters who are mentally ill but allowed to walk the streets unfettered despite the endless warning signs.

I hate to break it to your...ah, friend, but going forward it’s more likely that reparations will be paid TO Islam, and not from Islam.
I grew up in ‘Old Milwaukee.’ We escaped for greener pastures in 1970. My Uncles were all cops or firemen or worked for Miller Brewing. The scent of brewery yeast still makes me shed a tear for days gone by. ;)

Then he should have been institutionalized. If this is true, and I have my doubts, then who ever let him walk the streets - family, doctors, etc -bears a great deal of the responsibility.
And where did he get the gun? Canada has strict hand gun laws. Assuming he was really mentally unstable, and again I have my doubts, whoever gave him the gun or allowed him to take it is also responsible for this.
But now that they have settled on “struggled with depression” as the narrative, we’ll never get any real answers.
