LONDON (Reuters) - Sam Brownback, the U.S. Ambassador for International Religious Freedom, complained to the British ambassador in Washington D.C. about the treatment of an English right-wing activist who is in jail for disrupting a trial, according to three sources familiar with the discussion.
Brownback raised the jailing of Robinson during a meeting with Darroch that covered a range of religious freedom issues, the British official confirmed earlier this week.

Yes, our President is involved offstage of the Mockingbird Media with the plight of Tommy Robinson. But he is 'walking softly' which no one should confuse as weakness. We remember Theodore Roosevelt's quote "Walk Softly And Carry A Big Stick".
Good
This story still horrifies me. He didn’t “disrupt” the trial, he was outside on the sidewalk. They just didn’t want any publicity about this trial because it’s about Muslims gang raping little white girls, and the British would far rather sacrifice their daughters than offend their Muslim overlords. What cucks. Beyond disgusting.
Good for him, but the British are very stubborn, and I don’t think (although I hope) it will do much good.
Ping.
Tommy behind bars is a disgrace on the UK. I guess the UK government thinks child rape is a okay.
The Iranians are so jealous of the UK getting away with this.
Obviously reuters thinks this is real bad. In reality, it’s another reason to vote Trump.
I’m thinking Britain is not our friend anymore. Even North Korea made good will gestures of releasing prisoners and working to repatriate remains of US soldiers. President Trump’s request on this visit was to release Tommy Robinson. He hasn’t been released. It is an insult to President Trump that it didn’t happen.
The UK is no longer a “Western Culture Country” it is now in the hand of the muslims!
Exactly
jailed Right Wing Activist, nice. FU Reuters.
If my car is running like crap I’m not going to have a mechanic arrested for properly diagnosing the issue.
If my city or country is running like crap, the messenger speaking the truth should be heeded, not jailed.
Same here. The excuses I’ve heard for their “secret trials” and “arrest gag orders” are horrific, they’re pathetic excuses to enable corruption. Don’t give me the “protecting the identities of victims” or “making sure the trial has integrity for the defendant”. BS. It’s about having a sham trial for or against a defendant - so if you’re TR you’re screwed, if you’re a muslim gang rapist you get to be out on bail even though convicted (TR was at a SENTENCING hearing when one of the convicts entered with his “prison bag”).
Combine this with their very subjective “hate speech” laws and you have a system designed, purely, to intimidate what people can say and selectively enforce punishment - and do it secretly. It is beyond disturbing.
People are not aware of how dangerous this far right activist is. He not only disrupted the respected British legal system, he is actually protesting about pedophile pimps. What is this world coming to when you cant pimp a little girl?
Actually Robinson does not express anti-Islamic views. In my opinion he is overly tolerant of this crazy religion. Robinson quit the English Defense League because it was advocating violence. The British legal system has demonstrated its effectiveness by allowing tens of thousands of young girls to be prostituted. Robinson is exposing their coverup. Fortunately he is well known enough that he cannot be killed. Some little known fool was sentenced to death for putting a piece of bacon on a door handle. This was done in an underhanded way. He was jailed with homicidal Muslims. What could go wrong?
Hilarious description of what actually happened.
It was a sentencing, there were no jurors that might be influenced, they had already been found guilty.
You would have to believe the sentencing judge feared he might be influenced by something happening unseen or heard out on the street. The same judge that ordered his arrest and went to the window to observe the arrest.
The judge so feared he might be influenced (or appear to be) that he physically sought out...validated if you will...the previously unknown to him potential influence?
You cant say you fear being influenced and then go out of your way to be exposed to it.
And this is a "religious freedom issue" because...?
Yep. He predominantly just asks all of the uncomfortable questions. He’s never said anything racist or “islamophobic”. He just points out facts and asks the questions the regular working class are asking.
As the corruption and submission to Islam goes very high up he’s being treated in a manner like no other.
They had better pray that nothing happens to him. My fear is that some lone jihadi takes it upon himself to do something. That said, maybe it is what the country needs to wake up.
Good to hear.
