I’ve read in several articles that Browder renounced his U.S. citizenship and is now a citizen of the U.K. Not that I think the U.S. would be handing over U.K. citizens, only to note that he’s not a U.S. citizen.

Thank you President Trump for giving the OK for Rosenstein to release Mueller’s indictments, which provided Putin with the opportunity to raise the criminal extradition coopoeration treaty and the criminal activities of Browder.
(A treaty endorsed by Congress by the way, so Trump really does not have much leeway to ignore it if Putin pushes it).
