Thank you President Trump for giving the OK for Rosenstein to release Mueller’s indictments, which provided Putin with the opportunity to raise the criminal extradition coopoeration treaty and the criminal activities of Browder.
(A treaty endorsed by Congress by the way, so Trump really does not have much leeway to ignore it if Putin pushes it).
Except since Browder is not an American, the President is powerless to turn him over.
It would seem thet Putin is barking up the wrong tree in this instance
