NSA veteran and whistleblower Bill Binney says that it is technically impossible for Russia to have hacked the election and that behind-the-scenes forces within the US have fabricated the Russian hackers narrative from the very beginning.

Not to argue the point - we just don’t know at this point, not really - but isn’t “RT America” a Russian news outfit? I wouldn’t suggest putting any more stock in this than NK’s state run media.
They have never been specific about how the Russians meddles. They had reported that someone in the Democratic Party released the emails. Obama stated there was no way they could alter the election.
What could be on a party’s server that would be so damaging?
Also, if this is the best 12 high ranking Russian intelligence officers can do, they are in a said state indeed.
Why post a Russian News story as truth?
I wish I'd have bookmarked it, there was an extensive thread here on FR where those of us who deal with these issues on a daily basis all collaborated together to pick apart that report, piece by piece to prove the lie that it was.
Anyone such as I who has to deal with global internet connectivity into Europe and Eastern Europe on a daily basis and all the challenges that presents for applications and data knows this. It's not rocket science, it's basic math combined with bandwidth, latency and the number of hops a packet makes between source and destination.
The entire Russian hacking narrative is one big lie in which the Democrat Party and the lying liberal lamestream media have really and truly colluded together to brainwash the American people.
Plain and simple as that.
Seth Rich was his name.
He was the Wikileaks source.
He was killed for it.
Ask Donna Brazille about that. She knows, it's in her book.
Sorry. it is no help in the U.S.A. right use RT as a source on anything right now. I would never use this as a source when speaking to anyone on this topic. Yes, I would prefer that the moderaters block RT, but they prefer to let each of you do your own due diligence. I rejected Pravda and all its varients long ago and have no legitimate reason to change now.
From more legitimate Amerioan sources that do simply repeat and cite RT as their source for this story, it can get a fair hearing. Not otherwise.
The Russia conspiracy theory hinges on the single creaky claim that the Democratic National Committee hacks were a Russian plot to elect Trump. The theory and all its illegitimate stepchildren, including Robert Mueller and his infinitely expanding corps of prosecutors, lives or dies by the DNC hacks.
Trying to elect Trump by releasing damaging insider information from the DNC never made any sense. The DNC was already a dysfunctional organization that was being run by the Clinton campaign. Undermining its leadership had little impact on the election, but a great deal on control of the DNC...

Great read!
Yes, it is and no less controlled by Putin’s group than was Pravda controlled by the Kremlin in its day.
I don’t understand why any FreePer does not think as you and I do about using RT as a source for anything.
No probability and completely impossible.
He is correct.
I too am in Telecom, Security etc.
Ain’t no way it was hacked....
So you have no argument against the information presented?
I seem to recall you commented on that thread and said the same thing ... :-)
It is the absolute and clear statement of the 30 year computer expert following extensive scientific test, ignored by the leftist media. Do you challenge this experts statement and with what source information?
There are other sources that should be used. I would never support or promote RT in any way. I think in todays climate accepting RT as a source of anything hurts our Conservative brand. There is no need to use it.
The man knows his stuff, this isn't RT/Russian propaganda.
Yes RT is Russia Today. That said Bill Bonney is solid and has been saying the same thing for years
I say let him get the story out some other way, and there are other ways within the U.S. domestic sphere. In fact I think if you do your own due diligence you will find American domestic sources that have run the story, before.
