The DOJ indictment is premised on a lie. Not only is there a question of "where are the DNC servers" but a larger concern is who took the thumb drive into the DNC? The data was absolutely not transferred to WIKILEAKS by a hacker.-- Any hacker. We are being lied to for a purpose. The intended narrative is that the election was tainted and therefor illegitimate. That is bogus as Hell. This man was an NSC computer expert for over 30 years. He and this issue is being ignored. What test did Mueller run to substantiate a possible data transfer, this size, over the internet into Russia from the DNC ? Simple question. That Test was run by this NSC 30 year expert and it was "impossible".

Not to argue the point - we just don’t know at this point, not really - but isn’t “RT America” a Russian news outfit? I wouldn’t suggest putting any more stock in this than NK’s state run media.

They have never been specific about how the Russians meddles. They had reported that someone in the Democratic Party released the emails. Obama stated there was no way they could alter the election.

What could be on a party’s server that would be so damaging?

Also, if this is the best 12 high ranking Russian intelligence officers can do, they are in a said state indeed.

Binney didn't say anything different than I and others said immediately following the "Crowdstrike" report release months and months ago that it was impossible for the DNC "hack" to be anything other than an inside job because of the data transfer rates going steeply downhill once the connection goes offshore and across the atlantic ocean.

I wish I'd have bookmarked it, there was an extensive thread here on FR where those of us who deal with these issues on a daily basis all collaborated together to pick apart that report, piece by piece to prove the lie that it was.

Anyone such as I who has to deal with global internet connectivity into Europe and Eastern Europe on a daily basis and all the challenges that presents for applications and data knows this. It's not rocket science, it's basic math combined with bandwidth, latency and the number of hops a packet makes between source and destination.

The entire Russian hacking narrative is one big lie in which the Democrat Party and the lying liberal lamestream media have really and truly colluded together to brainwash the American people.

Plain and simple as that.

Seth Rich was his name.

He was the Wikileaks source.

He was killed for it.

Sorry. it is no help in the U.S.A. right use RT as a source on anything right now. I would never use this as a source when speaking to anyone on this topic. Yes, I would prefer that the moderaters block RT, but they prefer to let each of you do your own due diligence. I rejected Pravda and all its varients long ago and have no legitimate reason to change now.

From more legitimate Amerioan sources that do simply repeat and cite RT as their source for this story, it can get a fair hearing. Not otherwise.

Did the Russians Hack the DNC to Help the Left Take Over the Democrats?

The Russia conspiracy theory hinges on the single creaky claim that the Democratic National Committee hacks were a Russian plot to elect Trump. The theory and all its illegitimate stepchildren, including Robert Mueller and his infinitely expanding corps of prosecutors, lives or dies by the DNC hacks.

Trying to elect Trump by releasing damaging insider information from the DNC never made any sense. The DNC was already a dysfunctional organization that was being run by the Clinton campaign. Undermining its leadership had little impact on the election, but a great deal on control of the DNC...

Great read!

No probability and completely impossible.

He is correct.

Don’t agree with the people worrying about RT as the source. They’re no more or less credible than anyone else. Every alleged fact should stand on its own or not.

CIA Director Mike Pompeo met late last month with a former U.S. intelligence official who has become an advocate for a disputed theory that the theft of the Democratic National Committee’s emails during the 2016 presidential campaign was an inside job, rather than a hack by Russian intelligence.

Pompeo met on October 24 with William Binney, a former National Security Agency official-turned-whistleblower who co-authored an analysis published by a group of former intelligence officials that challenges the U.S. intelligence community’s official assessment that Russian intelligence was behind last year’s theft of data from DNC computers. Binney and the other former officials argue that the DNC data was “leaked,” not hacked, “by a person with physical access” to the DNC’s computer system.

At the urging of President Donald Trump, CIA Director Mike Pompeo met last month with a former U.S. intelligence official who advocates a fringe theory that the hack of the Democrats during the election was an inside job and not the work of Russian intelligence, the former official told NBC News.

Maybe someday a majority of people will figure out that everything that comes from the justice system now is lie. FBI, DOJ, OIG... They don’t exist for justice. They exist to perpetrate a narrative. The guilty are innocent, and the innocent are guilty. That is how Clinton, Comey, McCabe, and the whole bunch get off free. These officials can make up any story about anything they want and most of the dumb sheeple believe it. Lately as we have had decisions by the OIG we are able to figure out hat even Trump has not been able to put a stop to any of it.

Looking at this and seeing Paul Sperry’s new report, maybe there was NO Russian hacking at all. Indeed, no HACKING at all.

No wonder President Trump was repeating “where’s the DNC server” over and over. The server would tell if there was hacking. My head spins.

His name was Seth Rich and he died for his actions to like Snowden expose what was going on. In the recovered e-mails Podesta writes about finding the person (not organization) responsible and taking care of them. Seth survived the initial attack but the was taken out while in the hospital. He had already passed on the data on the key just as Snowden had with MicroSD cards with all of the records he pulled from the Data storage in Hawaii while serving there.

Neat little story about Snowden, he built the backup program that made sure in case of disaster that all the data the CIA had in that area was immediately moved elsewhere as standard operating procedure as the CIA did not want to lose a thing. The Missile attack on Hawaii was indeed real but fired from a submarine not NK and was not a ballistic one. But it served the purpose of an alert in Hawaii and all the data stored there had to move and the White Hats were ready and pulled a copy. As Q said “we have it all”, and we can in retrospect thank Snowden for writing the program and then sharing it with the good guys who used it to get to data otherwise unavailable or hidden. He was known by his code name “Heartbeat” and he was involved in massive amounts of coding and program development when he was in the agency.
