It’s a very long and rambling interview that devolves into a disappointed Obama fangirl hearing a whole lot of truths.

Not sure if it’s really worth the full read or not; wouldn’t mind a real journalist’s editing it to organize it into a cohesive interview. And with Bourdain’s self diagnosed habit of adapting to those around him, not even sure how much of it was his responses vs responses he thought she wanted to hear.

the celebrity chef slammed Bill Clinton for being 'rapey, gropey and disgusting'
Sorry, Tony. Back when he was doing it you were one more slobbering Bubba Worshiper just like all the rest of them.
This is like Candace Bergen admitting that Dan Quayle had a point or two, twenty years after the fact.

Sounds like he hated everybody, Left or Right.

This guy basically got rich and famous for essentially traveling the world and eating exotic foods. A dream job for most of us. And he threw it all away.
I wonder why so many people who have everything to live for end up so full of hate.

I think living in Manhattan and having a bunch of Liberals in his circle of acquaintances yammering at him every day had a lot to do with that.

“why so many people who have everything to live for end up so full of hate.”
Well, as I understand it he was a very left leaning atheist, I’m sure that didn’t help.

Guess we have to list him as a possible “arkancide.”
Don't forget to add the pilot Dmitri Noonan, who was scheduled to testify about the Tarmac Meeting next week. Dropped dead last week. Armed guards had no idea how he was killed.

Asia Argento was a questionable influence IMO.

I had never heard of this guy before he offed himself. Now his name pops up routinely and I’m still having major difficulties understanding why anyone cares.

He was in the middle of taping a show in France. Doesnt sound suicidal to me.................. I've known a couple of people who committed suicide. Not well, just superficially. Colleagues. In both cases they showed up for work, did their jobs well, laughed at jokes, made small talk. They seemed normal. Then one day, nobody shows up, an obituary turns up with "passed unexpectedly" and the whispers that it was suicide pop up. What?! He was here yesterday, we talked about sports, he said he was looking forward to the game this weekend. How could this happen? But it did.
You never know what's in a person's heart, the demons he's fighting and they don't always mope around and talk about their depression or ask for help. They just decide to do something about it, to the shock of everyone.

This guy had an 11 year old girl that he supposedly doted over.
This just doesn’t make sense, to leave a little girl with a scarred memory for the rest of her life..............

Bill Clinton, look, the bimbo eruptions - it was f***king monstrous,' Bourdain said, before describing the former presidents as 'a piece of s**t, entitled, rapey, gropey, grabby, disgusting'. Bourdain went on to condemn the way Clinton and wife Hillary 'destroyed these women' who came forward with the allegations. Bourdain was a fan of George Orwell's "Down and Out in Paris and London" - a book that starts with the most disgusting rape scene in literature...
