Great article in Breitbart about this un-holy mess with foreign worker visas that have no other purpose than to massively cut the living wages and job opportunities for American workers, both out of college and with experience. All for the sake of importing more slave labor for plutocrats like the Chamber of Commerce, Mark Zuckerberg, George Soros, the Koch Brothers and Sheldon Adelson who are the main funders of the cheap labor lobby that's bought not only Chuck Schumer and the Democratic Party, also the backstabbing traitorous RINOs like Lindsey Graham, Marco Rubio, Paul Ryan, Lamar Alexander, Rick Scott, Mitch McConnell, John McCain, Roger Wicker, Martha McSally, Susan Collins, Dean Heller, Lisa Murkowski and Paul Hoeven.

Make not mistake, this overflow of cheap labor visas for India and China's masses of slave workers is nothing other than full blown economic and demographic warfare against the American people. Salaries like anything else in economic, respond to supply and demand. And, in flooding the US workforce with millions of disposable foreign workers who can be worked to death and discarded, the globalist open-borders plutocrats like Zuckerberg, and their shills like Matthew Yglesias from Vox in this article, accomplish their real underlying goal: making it too hard for even high skilled Americans to make enough of a salary to afford the high living costs in the US, which means we're unable to start families. Our birthrate drops and then the open-borders globalists have all the excuse they need to import millions of new slave workers from the 3rd world to replace us.

It was disappointing to read that the numbers of these visas weren't much curbed in 2017, but we absolutely should not blame Trump for this. The swamp inside the beltway is unfortunately a big place and it's full of snakes, many of whom have no doubt made their way into Trump's administration. He's too busy to monitor everyone all the time, so unfortunately some of these traitors on immigration have managed to sneak into positions of power and are continuing to add to the mass cheap labor visa giveaway that Obama, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton all gave out like candy.

This is where can come in, by making calls, sending letters, writing articles, contacting the whitehouse.gov site and also reaching out to more major media figures esp. ones like Tucker Carlson and Ann Coulter that President Trump and his closest advisers listen to, and help bring attention to this high quality article in Breitbart. The good news, immigration enforcement is entirely a job for the executive branch, and even Congressional laws only give permission for a maximum ceiling of legal immigration each year. They do not require the executive branch let in any particular number, certainly not the million who flood their way in each year and are permanently changing the very nature and culture of the US, in fact Trump could put a moratorium on all immigration tomorrow if he wanted and it would be perfectly legal to do so. He's had the backs of the American people on immigration and trade and he'll continue to put America first, and when news of this mass visa scamming and this war on the American people and workers reaches the right people in the executive branch, Trump can shut down this mass visa fraud with a single executive order. MAGA and help get the word out!

All of the low-skill workers (who often vote Democrat) will benefit if Trump can get rid of the flood of illegal immigrants.

All of the high-skill STEM workers (some of whom vote Democrat) will benefit if Trump can address the H1-B disaster.

Good for the country, and it’s good politically. 100% of the people who oppose Trump on this issue will oppose him no matter what. Fighting for American jobs won’t cost Trump a single vote, it’s nothing but gain for him.

Unfortunately, the 25 year old snowflakes, who are demanding Open Borders, are unable to see the link between the lack of jobs for them and open borders.

But that is no surprise as they have not been educated to think for themselves, but instead to follow the latest protest march created by their leftist leaders.

And H1B get work permits for family, and then they pop-out anchor babies and stay. All of this needs to stop. Send them all home. Gives these jobs back to US citizens!

In no way is this H-1b visa scam a new problem.

The brain drain from there is complete.

I’ve worked at MANY places where they overloaded themselves with H1B visa holders, and I made a great deal of money fixing the software they created.

So, the net cost savings is nil. (in fact they lost money)

Thanks for posting. Boot them all. When the Chamber of Corruption and cheap foreign labor importers start complaining, they should be told to (1) hire Americans and (2) spend at least half as much money training American workers as they currently spend on lobbyists to bring in foreigners. I have ZERO sympathy for them.

IT loves them some H1B workers.

There is an Indian H1B guy working with me on an IT implementation project. I am lead but he is close to equal to me on our aspect of the project.

We both are contractors and the manager is also Indian. This is where it gets interesting and to me funny.

I bill every hour I work. If they schedule an after hours conference call — *ding!* minimum of 1 hour. I work a straight 9 (unpaid lunch) and am out the door on the dot. Whenever hey ask for more from me I tell them how many hours it will take and what kind of resources I will need (functional experts, infrastructure and DBA time, etc.).

I started noticing a while back they are asking this guy to do all kinds of stuff. He has been working late evenings, weekends. No skin off my nose. I asked him “man, you must be racking up the billable hours!!”

“No,” he said. They told me there is no budget for extra hours. I bill 40 a week. They promised me to let me take comp time to make up for it.”

We are getting near the end of the project so no way is there time enough for him to take the time (and I think it is illegal as this is a public sector engagement).

My point is I am pretty sure he is H1B subcontractor and is afraid to say “no.” So they keep asking him to do things they KNOW I would bill them for.

Frankly it cracks me up but it also means that he is not only taking a developer spot from a qualified US Citizen but all the unpaid OT probably would require at least 1/2 FTE in additional to that.

He is also typically Indian as he does not innovate but just does the same thing using the same techniques over and over and then adjusts them a little for the situation.

The F1 OPT is actually the worst of the bunch. It imports huge numbers of grad students (the numbers dwarf H1B) who immediately go into competition for jobs with our own grads.

Employers actually have a hidden incentive to hire them because they are exempt from FICA withholding and SS matching taxes that they’d have to pay on Americans.

There are too many fly-by-night universities who will rubber stamp the visa application for any moron who wants to come here simply to get their hands on the tuition money.

This program needs to be drastically reformed, or go away.

There are software shops dominated by managers and workers from the Third World, right here in the USA. An American working at one of these places has to accept Third-World cultural norms regarding the employer-employee relationship or you can simply fuhgeddaboutit.
