Rudy Giuliani on Sunday continued his assault on special counsel Robert Mueller's team, but said President Trump's legal team hasn't spent much time crafting an argument that the special counsel's appointment was unconstitutional.

Giuliani, who joined Trump's legal team earlier this year, was pressed on ABC's "This Week" about the president's claim last month that the special counsel was "totally unconstitutional."

Donald J. Trump Verified account @realDonaldTrump The appointment of the Special Counsel is totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Despite that, we play the game because I, unlike the Democrats, have done nothing wrong! 7:01 AM - 4 Jun 2018

"Frankly we haven’t really researched that with the depth that we should to see if we would raise it. Of course, you raise every argument in favor of your client," Giuliani said.

Wasn’t Giuliani gonna wrap up the investigation a few months back?

Robert Mueller’s continued “work” has only one purpose: he’s going to concoct some hare-brained October Surprise to try and help the Democrat-Socialists (communists) stave off what would be a historic defeat in the midterms. He serves no other purpose. And when whatever dumbass bogus indictments he announces on or about October 15 fail to work, he will have his nasty, corrupt butt fired on that Wednesday morning. It’s even possible he will have good company in the pink slip line...

So you’re the legal team for the President of the United States, and his own Department of Justice is trying to impeach if not convict him, and you “haven’t really researched” whether that’s constitutional?

When you peel all the layers you find that treasonous little prick Rosenweasel. You can bet his fingerprints can be found on the Jordan attack. Fire him and you break Muellers back.

I can’t figure out how they can be conducting an actual investigation. For that to occur there has to be an event to investigate. It doesn’t have to be a crime, per se. In this case it should be absolutely necessary that an “event” has occurred. Basic Investigation relies on two principles. Inductive Reasoning and deductive Reasoning. Neither can be used if no event has transpired. what we have is Meuller and the DS in a lab. They are mixing things hoping something will develope out of thin air.

Meanwhile they are completely ignoring the DS/Clinton/Obama crimes related to the same issue. Trump and Sessions are allowing it to continue. They should have shut this down before. Now they can’t do anything. Sit and wait for Meuller to manufacter something.

According to Rudy,it was all going to end ‘in a matter of days’.
That was back on April 19th. Now look where we are.
Rudy needs to go back to New York. I have a feeling he’s
about to get roped into some cooked up ‘investigation’ of his own, along with Mike Cohen, Paul Manfort and others less famous.

The glimmer of hope I feel is due to seeing and hearing much less of Rudy making public statements here lately. Maybe he’s starting to see that the Mueller Team is dead serious about bring down the President and those around him. Maybe.

One must not forget that President Trump has the legal authority to release any document including those that the Justice Department and the FBI are illegally refusing to release to Congress. He will do this at the most politically opportune moment. If they refuse they will be fired the same day.

Don't know how he'd do that, when he's not in charge of it.

Look no further than Paul Ryan. Only he has the answer to your question.
