Really love Barrett but want her to replace R Buzzy G It would be the last nail in the liberal SC coffin. Want her to have that privilege!
For now I’m down to 3-4 keep changing mind with every article that comes out!

Thank you very much, houeto!! I don’t know. Media and pundits seem to think the most predictable choices are Kavanaugh, Kethledge or Barrett. Which means it’ll probably be someone else.

With that in mind. Hardiman would guarantee a Trump Court— Mary Anne TRUMP (Barry.)
She was/is very close to Sam Alito (spoke in support of him at his hearing). Her decisions were identical to Alito when they served together on the bench.

But it’s not surprising; he’s not as well networked as the others (with one important exception: Judge Maryanne Trump Barry, Hardiman’s friend and longtime colleague on the Third Circuit, and President Trump’s big sister). Since Hardiman is not a feeder judge, his clerks aren’t as well placed as those for Kavanaugh and Kethledge, and not as well situated to advance his candidacy inside the corridors of power in Washington.”
I think it’s going to be Barrett.
I now have reservations about Kethledge given his immigration rulings. Kavanaugh is too close to the Bushes.
That leaves Hardiman and Barrett. I’d probably prefer Hardiman since he’s a solid 2A guy. Barrett has written no 2A opinions so we don’t know where she is on that.
