Police are investigating after a 16-year-old boy was verbally abused and assaulted at a restaurant for wearing a Make America Great Again (MAGA) hat. The incident was filmed and the video went viral.
The clip, obtained by News 4 San Antonio, sees the unidentified suspect throwing a drink in the face of 16-year-old Hunter Richards while saying you aint supporting s***.
Hunter, from San Antonio, Texas, was having a meal with his friends at a Whataburger restaurant in Thousands Oaks when the incident occurred.

Now that it has gone viral I am pretty sure charges will be forthcoming.
But the charges will be stongarm robbery as well as assault on a minor. This SHOULD be hard time and will be if people keep on it.
Some states you can justifiably kill someone for stealing your stuff.
Thanks Red Badger. So, it was an employee who threw the drink? Naturally, FakeNewsWeak didn't point that out in the first sentence.
Not of Whataburger, but a local bar.................
Bravo!
Coming to a GOP campaign ad near you.
How about a link for this of us who are not adept at either?
Here’s the thread from last night as details were coming out.

Guy’s name is Kino Ahuitzotl Jimenez from San Antonio. Looks as if he has multiple DUIs and other legal problems. He’s now unemployed, too.
That is true in Texas. Unfortunately this kid is too young for a license to carry (open carry is legal in Texas). You can defend your property (or property of friends or acquaintances) anywhere.
The Trump Curse claims another scalp.......................
His name is Kino Jimenez
Here is a jump off point to Twitter:
A search of his name results in TONS of hits.
Good move by the company who had employed the thug!
Hello friends,
It came to our attention earlier this evening that a part-time employee was captured on cell phone video assaulting another person at a local eatery. The assault took place, presumably, because this employee did not agree with the other individuals political stance.
We have since terminated this employee, as his actions go against everything that this establishment stands for.
Rumble has, and always will be, a bar that is as inclusive as any establishment could possibly be. THIS BAR IS A SAFE SPACE FOR EVERYONE! No matter your race, creed, ethnicity, sexual identity, and political stance, you are welcomed here!
We do not condone the actions or behavior that were displayed in the cell phone video, and we never will.
If you have any questions or concerns please message us privately. We support and appreciate your business.
Also, remember the commie city gubmint of San Antonio is “re-imagining” the Alamo to emphasize its history as a mission, with the help of George P. Bush, Texas Land Commissioner. Yep, those Bushes. Moving the Cenotaph from the Alamo Plaza to a park nearby.
I live about 100 miles south and won’t spend time or money in SA as long as these commies are in power.
Whata Lawsuit soon I hope.
I had a co-worker and family member that was just as rabid. I mean frothing at the mouth rabid at the mention of conservatism/God/DJT/Republicans and so forth would set’m off big time.
They would become so angry and hyped up, they'd be right at the stage of violence if you attempted to even reason your position.
I concluded, it wasn't worth them getting hurt. lol So, I graciously allowed them to be on their way. ha
This incident makes my blood boil!......................
Mr. Smith was promptly fired from his $200,000/year job as a CFO, and on last check was on public assistance with his wife and children.
Bad behavior...it has consequences.
