Ive got it narrowed to about five, Trump said, including two women.

He said hed like the job, usually they dont say that, Trump said.

There is one who has a hyphenated name. I would suggest that this is a major sign that they should not be appointed as a “Conservative” judge. Just someone who will think only about the letter of the law and not the emotional aspect of things. If a woman can do that great but being a woman shouldn’t be a factor.
Here are the four women from President Trump’s list of 25:
Amy Coney Barrett of Indiana, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit
Joan Larsen of Michigan, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit
Margaret Ryan of Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces
Diane Sykes of Wisconsin, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit
I am not familiar with his brother.
Agreed. No women please.
Trump: Ok, Mittens, I only have one question - up or down, how did your fecklessness get us into the mess in NK, how will you show toughness to get us out, and why should I believe you?
Mittens: Don, you know as well as I do that that is three questions.
Apparently he’s on the Supreme court of Utah. I don’t know anything about any of them. The only person I’d be confident about right out of the gate is Mark Levin (he’d NEVER go leftward) but he’s too old. There may be a Mark Levin type who is on the list but how would I even know.
>>Women have been nothing but a disaster in the USSC.
Just sayin’ <<
They have ALL been liberals. I can think of some VERY level-headed conservative female candidates.
Heck, I would love to see Jean Pirro seated.
That is exactly what i think will happen. His name was put on the list by someone not trump. The odds are zero that he will be appointed. If trump gives him an interview it will be ala romney.
No he’s not.
Margaret Ryan is the only one who may pass muster...she looks slightly black...sorry...them’s the facts...one is too old (60)...and the other too white...
Has to suck up to Lee a bit by putting him on the short list.
Would have had a woman on his list anyway, but with Ivanka crusading, he probably likes the idea of placating her with a woman—while still naming an actual conservative.
I just hope both women genuinely are that, and could withstand all the other women on the bench with her being loony liberals without bending.
My guess would be the military woman and Amy Coney Barrett. My choice would be Brett Kavanaugh, but so it goes. Between the two women, it would ge the military one, from afar. I really, really hope it isn’t one of the Lees.
O’Connor was a reliable conservative, never would have signed off on Obamacare.
She only veered off course on abortion and affirmative action, and I bet we will reverse those cases before 2020 election. Rome was not built in a day.
Souter, Stevens and Brennan were far worse picks by a GOP President.
I’d take a Jeanne Kirkpatrick clone, with a side of Maggie Thatcher clone. Show me a contemporary great lady like those two and I’m along for that ride.
But there aren’t any of that caliber on my horizon just yet; but I’m not above convincing.
I agree. All have been disastrous. They either are on the left or move left.
They adjudicate on Feelz.
Feminism has ruined women and the country.
More men please. Screw the PC nonsense.
I'd like for him to tease obama that way, too.
How do “reliable conservatives” “veer off” on deal-breaker issues like abortion or affirmative action? Sheesh.
Trump keeps em befuddled
Yeah well so have men
One woman would never want to "take away the choice" from another woman.
Yes, that is the #1 excuse of those who claim to be against Roe v. Wade but would "never" overturn it.
“Women have been nothing but a disaster in the USSC. “
True. But conservative women exist, voted for Trump, and are qualified to sit on the court. Trump’s good judgement might find one. May best judge win.
