The architecture of the 20th century Democratic Party is slowly dissolving before our eyes, as identity politics and socialism replace the old center-left coalition. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a 28 year-old Bernie Sanders organizer and endorsee of the Democratic Socialists of America, resoundingly defeated Rep. Joe Crowley, a ten-term incumbent who hadn’t faced a primary opponent in 14 years, and who spent at least ten times as much money in the race.
Ocasio-Cortez will almost certainly win election to the House in November, running in a district that gave 78% of its vote to Hillary Clinton in 2016, and is 49.8% Hispanic and about one-fifth white. She will replace Minnesota’s Keith Ellison as the radical socialist/identity politics standard-bearer in Congress.

That fact won't hurt her in her district but it will hurt other democrats across the country. Just point out that the party has nominated full fledged communists to run for Congress will turn a lot of rank and file democrats off.
This should cause alarm. The girl who beat him ran to the lefy of him. A very radical, peo amnesty, open borders, hard core socialist. She is sure to win in thos 85% minority district.
Looks like white liberals, in their haste to import brown voters to vote out Republicans, are themselves getting voted out.

True but the media will keep a spotlight on her every move. They will make her into a national political figure.
It’s a beautiful thing...left wing filth being ousted by even farther left wing filth.

Liberals are taking a suicide pill by pushing for more and more illegals, for DACCA and amnesty and for other special interest groups.
In the long run they are giving the country away for a short term advantage over republicans and conservatives.
They believe the immigrant and other special interest communities, especially the blacks and illegals, will vote for them.
And they will - for a while.
But once a group becomes strong enough, once they reach a tipping point in a city or region, they will abandon their legacy democrat politicians and seize power for themselves.
They will vote for and elect their fellows - their own kind.
Hispanics for Hispanics, muslims for muslims, honmosexuals for homosexuals, communists for communists, blacks for blacks.
That is what has happened with blacks over the last several generations.
And what is now happening in California, New York and other ethnic/special interest strongholds.
She want’s to take Pelosi’s job.
Pretty soon, by their own doing, there will no longer be any White straight men elected in The Democrat Socialist Party.
New York and especially New York City have the most regressive tax policies and some of the most expansive socialism in the country. And it also has the highest economic disparity in the country. More socialism will only exasperate the problems. She will have little impact on her district since she will be only influential on Federal law. She will just be another Bernie Sanders. Her constituents will eventually be gentrified out unless New York State changes it ways.
White straight Democrat men have a target on their back. It won’t be long until they can no longer get elected unless they are avowed extreme socialists.

As great as they think their powers of Projection are, the power of self-race loathing, never projects itself well since it's a reflection.
