How can Hawaii even appeal this now? The President has the last and final say on what constitutes immigration authority, the SCOTUS has so ruled.
But it should have been 9-0, not 5-4.
There are some few members of SCOTUS who really have no idea of what their job description really involves.
Indeed and this shouldn’t have taken so long.
