How can Hawaii even appeal this now? The President has the last and final say on what constitutes immigration authority, the SCOTUS has so ruled.
But it should have been 9-0, not 5-4.
There are some few members of SCOTUS who really have no idea of what their job description really involves.
They are all crying now that Garland should have been on the Court so this wouldn’t happen.

Well, per Judge Napolitano on Fox Business (take that for what it is worth), the ruling is preliminary in that the Hawaii judge can still hold a trial on the ban and if that trial results in a decision against the ban, the ban would be overturned. This is like death by never ending litigation.
