Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs on Monday introduced a measure that would censure Rep. Maxine Waters and ask her to resign for inciting people to publicly confront Trump administration officials.
Biggs told The Hill that Waters’ comments do “not become somebody who’s in Congress” and warrant disciplinary action.
“So we just introduced it, we have some cosponsors, but what she did was to basically incite people to come after and attack members of the president’s cabinet,” the Arizona Republican told The Hill. “And also spread that out to more people.”
“Everybody agrees that it was just highly objectionable what she did,” he added.
The measure calls on Waters to apologize to Trump administration officials “for endangering their lives and sowing seeds of discord,” to release a statement making it clear that violence and harassment aren’t appropriate ways to protest, and finally to resign her House seat.

YES, AZ has decent House members, just not all of it’s members. As for AZ Senators that is a different story as we probably have the worst two currently sitting in the Senate. Soon that will be corrected. We MUST keep the Congress’ first Bi-Sex member out of the winning circle in Nov 2018 (all of the university towns -Phx and Tucson will want her for the bi-sex thing) for the upcoming election and the GOP of course is fighting it out in the primary with Sheriff Joe, Dr Kelli Ward, and RINO Martha McSally.
The President needs to give her a nickname first. Mad Maxine would be my personal choice.

That is very much secondary, in the context of what she has now done. Inciting violence against the president’s cabinet - and, by logical extension the president himself - as well as against his supporters across the nation, requires immediate punishment. This sort of action CANNOT be allowed to stand, no matter what political benefit you may imagine it carries for the Republicans.
A few years ago, I saw Waters in a committee meeting on CSPAN...
She started arguing about some bill...She was out of line and asked to sit down...She ignored the chairman and kept on ranting...he said, at least 5 times, “Rep. Waters...stop...”
Finally, he said “Maxine!!!! SIT DOWN!!!! That bill died
two weeks ago!!!!”
She just said “Oh’... And sat down....
He upped it to extraordinarily low IQ yesterday..

I’d love to see her censured, but not have her resign...she’s too good of a draw for our side to be allowed to leave the stage. Ditto for Nancy Pelosi and Sheila Jackson Lee.

No, but a roll-call vote will be interesting come campaign time.
I suspect there’s more than a few Democrats in Congress who will wince at voting to support Waters. Those votes will be prominently featured in the upcoming campaign if her remarks can, by then, be blamed for any particular outburst of violence.
Good as long as liberals want to behave like violent filth let her hideous face be the face of the democrat party in the next election.

I will be watching his vote and base any possible donations on his vote
