The Red Hen Restaurant should focus more on cleaning its filthy canopies, doors and windows (badly needs a paint job) rather than refusing to serve a fine person like Sarah Huckabee Sanders. I always had a rule, if a restaurant is dirty on the outside, it is dirty on the inside!
But there are consequences for everything ... and in this case, anyone (including President Trump) has every right to complain about the restaurant.
And if they have a right not to serve Sarah, then does the bakeries have a right not to bake a wedding cake for gays and lesbians?
SCOTUS didn’t even rule in the bakers favor due to religion did they? I thought it was due to his artistic freedom. ie the right not to design a cake if he didn’t want to, and that makes sense.
I’m sure if you went into a bakery in NYC or San Fran and ask for a confederate flag to be on it, they’d say no.
The baker did not deny the gay couple service or access to his bakery, they could have had another cake. He just refused to do a specific pro gay marriage themed design on the cake.
Most people seem to be having an issue understanding this.
Trump is just using the lefts own tactics against them.
So it’s ok for the left to respond virulently to any perceived slight, but when it’s someone doing an extremely difficult job for a somewhat pig pong White House, it’s not?
Go away.
It is a miracle she did not eat there as she would have hurled later from poisoning.
No, no they don't. Not in this instance. Please read up on the correct laws.
Do Restaurants Have the Unrestricted Right to Refuse Service?
He should have called out the people harassing Kirtsjen Neilson, especially since one of them worked at the DOJ.
A better Tweet would have been to go after Maxine Waters for her endorsement of harassing all of his people. She’s a public figure. The media wouldn’t attack him for doing that, and her comments deserve pushback.
DJT has shown most GOP’ers how to fight back but he’ll never convince everyone they should fight back. The Bob Michaels/George Bush-wing of the party will always have a small, insignificant group of bitter clingers who prefer reading articles by William Kristol to Trump activism.
IF a conservative business did do this, though, would you want Obama calling them out personally?
...
Improbable premise...to engage the premise is sophomoric at best.
They do that, not us...that is refuse, kick out, etc.
It’s just as dumb as asking me, “if a pink elephant was in your yard, ...”
The President is a man and a businessman. I’m not President, but his assessment is spot on. I appreciate his opinion. It reinforces my own.
And I just want to add I love President Trump speaking out like this to show the world the how two sided it this really is. If it was the Dems just think how the media would be discussing this topic.
It’s as relevant as yours because I have the same voice and vote you do.
Love hiw this president hits back hard, defends his administration and supporters.
Love how he chose to point out that this is a dirty umkempt restaurant LMAO!
What was the settlement amount paid to the two fellas asked to leave Starbucks? And didn’t the progressive left and their media enablers go after Starbucks?
You lack the competancy to advise the President on what to do.
You are trivial nothingness
Obama and his associates called out businesses often for this sort of thing....turnabout is fair play! If liberals want a revolution they had better learn how costly it will be for them!
No, I have the stronger, righteous voice.
