Rep. Steve King posted a warning on Twitter Sunday evening that the U.S. is heading toward a second civil war, comparing the present day actions of the anti-Trump resistance to the run-up to the Civil War.
King, an eight-term Congressman from Iowa, keyed off a PJ Media article about leftist protesters shutting down a Portland, Oregon ICE office and taking down the U.S. flag, replacing with an “Refugees Welcome” flag.
“America is heading in the direction of another Harpers Ferry. After that comes Ft. Sumter.”

I’m not sure what you are driving at. I watch Trump and see lots of good, but I will say that to me the number one issue in this country is the two tiered justice being meeted out. This is not being addressed and this is what is empowering the commie left, make no mistake. I’m hopeful Trump’s plan is to let this build to a crescendo and drop the hammer, but in the mean time a lot of bad stuff is happening and the left is becoming more unhinged,
When Soros and the Democrats and media conspire to hire Antifa type thugs across the country, incit them and coordinate their attacks on individuals and politicians constitutional rights and physical safety who, if not the DOJ, is supposed to investigate? Who is the leader of the DOJ? Of course you’ll ignore answering this question since it runs counter to your ridiculous “trust Sessions “ narrative.
Let the idiots rip and roar; it only helps Trump. Those who doubt Sessions consider this - the Goebbelsmedia does not publicize actual occurrences. Go to the DoJ home page to get an idea. Just off the top of my head there have been spies arrested and charged, there have been 300 Illegals arrested in the last month and many more will follow.
Those are the most important events and show clearly Sessions understands the greatest problem facing this nation.
Another consideration is that the Whackjobs are violating State and Local laws which are not in the jurisdiction of the feds. So unless there is an attack on federal property they won’t.
The Goebbelsmedia wants to split the Trump supporters and turning some against Sessions is the current attempt.
Every Ferguson and attack on individuals only helps Trump.
Recall the campaign and all the violence directed against it.

I see it rarely mentioned in prepper articles yet it's critical for survival and when people start running short on it and realize that there are not a lot of place locally to get or make your own, it's going to be a BIG problem.
When called on their words they claim they are only joking, but in my experience people who try to mask their words by claiming that they are only joking are only trying to cover the slip of the real them that came out in their words.

Hard to believe you actually are still making up excuses for Sessions. A coordinated nationwide campaign of violence and intimidation led by Soros is not a local matter. The vast majority of the country doesn't care about politics. That's probably what holds the country together.
You still believe in an 1860 scenario. Perhaps you harbor fantasies that you will be an officer in your own New Confederate army. An army raised of states. Maybe you will even be the reincarnation of General Jackson or Lee. Then, after putting on your epaulets, you will storm across the battlefield, and take on the enemy.

A civil war today would not have the convenience of starkly defined borders that contain united hegemonic populations.

There may be house to house fighting and riots in cities. In fact, those have routinely occurred in our history. But the next civil war, if there is one, will be vastly different from last one.
