Most of HBO's documentary The Final Year features members of former President Barack Obama's foreign policy team in 2016 oozing extreme hubris over how wonderful they thought they were. That came to an abrupt halt on Election Night when Donald Trump knocked them off their perches by winning the presidency. None was more shocked than Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes (although United Nations Ambassador Samantha Power came close).
A clip from the documentary shows a devastated Rhodes sitting outdoors after discovering his liberal world has been shattered. His shock is so extreme that he is actually struck dumb and is unable to form any coherent words. It was a sharp contrast to his smug certainty of Hillary Clinton's victory expressed several times during the documentary.

The controversial Clinton "charity" was ready to reemerge after laying low following Hillary's losing 2016 presidential election. The event, was set for New York City on May 24, offered premium packages for up to $100,000, which include a table of 10 and "invitations to the (cough) Clinton Foundation Annual Briefing." (Be still my heart) Tickets to the glitzy benefit started at $2,500.
Only people afraid for their livelihood would be as upset as these people.

I recall that Hillary had a huge fireworks display planned in New York and cancelled it a few days before the election. Presumably, she cancelled it because of fire concerns, but I think that reason was to save face. After all, fireworks shows are produced in tons of venues all over the country without burning down neighborhoods. She knew she was going to lose.
It is an established fact that (from internal polls) when the candidate enters the voting booth to vote, s/he already knows whether s/he's won or lost.

When I heard Trump won, but that Hillary had not conceded, I imagined her cabal calling in every chip and pulling every string to try and turn it around. When she finally conceded, I could only guess that she spent every owed favor to win the primary and any strings that could be pulled were already in the hands of someone else.

I saw a clip on You Tube from this documentary from Susan Powers apartment. It was awesome! Here she is , this smug elitist bitch chilling the champagne all set to pop the corks for Hillary’s coronation and as the results start coming in to see the look on their faces as they realize they’re toast is priceless.What’s remarkable and galling at the same time is these elitist bastards thought so much of themselves and how high and mighty they were that they were filming what they thought would be them making history, electing the first woman president. What these morons did in the end was film their own humiliation. Trouble is though I haven’t been able to find that clip again.
