Sounds like a threat to the prez.
She thinks it is derogatory, but what it boils down to is:
ON BARGAINING WITH TRUMP: "If you can't bargain from a position of strength, you will lose when bargaining with Trump. He doesn't need your money, respect, time, or the publicity you think goes along with it."
I know she means something else, but I would paraphrase it as:
ON BARGAINING WITH A DEMOCRAT LIKE OBAMA: "If you want to bargain with someone like Barack Obama, he will give you everything you ask for (even and especially cash!) no strings attached, nothing in return, if he thinks it benefits him personally."

In all seriousness, having a nuclear bomb is a strong tool in negotiations. Unfortunately for lil’ rocket man we have hundreds and can drop them on a dime. We’ve got quite a few other tricks up our sleeves, too.
