WASHINGTON (AP) Special counsel Robert Mueller's team is worried that Russian intelligence services will use a criminal case in Washington to gather information about its investigation and U.S. intelligence-gathering methods.
In court papers filed Tuesday, prosecutors are asking a federal judge to impose limits on the information that can be shared by attorneys in the first criminal case directly related to Russian attempts to interfere in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
So far, only one defendant, Concord Management and Consulting LLC, has appeared in the case, and prosecutors say they're worried information they provide to the company's attorneys could end up in the hands of other defendants or Russian spy agencies.
The government "has particularized concerns about discovery in this case being disclosed to Russian intelligence services," prosecutors write, noting that disclosure of information they plan to share with the company's attorneys could compromise ongoing and future national security investigations.

IOW, we want to make stuff up and lie our butts off without consequences
Mueller is not worried about Russia learning what the methods are that US intelligence services guided by the oboma administration are, Mueller is worried the American people will find out. Mueller wants to keep the corruption hidden from the light of day.

The miserable POS knows there isn’t even enough evidence to prove the Russians hacked the DNC servers and those severs have been so corrupted since that there’s no way God himself could prove there was a Russian hack. Hence, the whole premise for his appointment is so much crap.
I'll bet it does...BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
These guys are full of shit.
If they were concerned about disclosure of sensitive intelligence, they would have handled it as a counter intelligence case.
When they opted for criminal prosecution (of no apparent wrong doing), they opened the door to ridicule and dismissal.
So who’s the judge?
Then you shouldn’t have indicted them, Bobby.
This is the case that blows Mueller out of the water.
Someone in “our” media needs to follow this case closely. I believe that when the judge tosses it for lack of evidence it’s all over for the “special”prosecutor. Mueller has just hoist himself on his own petard.
Has Mueller asked for extradition for any of these criminals? If not the charges were only meant to make headlines.
Does Mulhead actually have a law degree.
Obama is worried, too. Explains the goofy look on the Halfrican's face when he met Pres-elect Trump.
All the dirt Hillary was expected to sweep under the rug, was now in the hands of the man Obama tried to destroy.
Mueller acts like Russia is dumb.
Interestingly, the comments on Yahoo News are not kind to Mueller.
Hey, Mulehead:
Don’t start nothin, won’t be nothin.
Or, to paraphrase Stinger to Maverick in Top Gun:
“Son, your ego is writing checks that your evidence can’t cash.”
Yes. Of course we would all like to see the evidence of foreign collusion with the Clintons and DNC. I hear the Feds once again declined to look into ChiComs funneling funds to Democrats.
After all if they wanted to spy on Mueller they would have hacked his computers, which they are capable of doing. Sorry Mueller, but they are capable of doing that even to an unprotected home server in someone’s bathroom. They are just very selective when they do it.
he opened the door, to a case no reasonble prosecutor with common sens would have brouught..lol put ruskis in an american jail? he should be ashamed. Im glad the ruskis called his bs move.
That 6th Amendment is a thorny obstacle for Mueller’s Star Chamber. But he will find a judge to create a national security exception, I’m sure.
Ya think?
Mueller needs counseling on his obsession of Russia.
