Let's wish Paul Manafort luck. If it wasn't for him securing delegates, Trump might not be president right now.

May side is not breaking news.
If and when the Judge sides with Manifort,
that will be breaking news.

My skepticism radar is in full mode!! But hopefully the judge WILL rule in Flynn favor...hopefully!!😏

This isn’t news, it’s the attny’s opinion that it’s a possibility.
Surprise! It’s been a possibility since this whole mueller/manafort thing started it’s nothing new.

Manafort has two cases, this judge is favorable, and has cautioned Mueller. There another case in front of a leftie judge who has ruled against Manafort.

Were there actions today at the court?
Filings?
Orders published?
Judge giving interviews?
Mueller leaking?
More SWATing?

I don’t think so.
The Judge is still considering his ruling.

The thing is, Muller’s scope is supposed to be limited to ONLY what happened during the 2015-16 campaign.
All the charges against Manafort relate to stuff he did back in 2013 with Ukraine, which is obviously well outside Mueller’s legal scope. (They’re trying to pressure him, obviously.)
Yes there’s the perjury trap he walked into, but if the case was properly based on technical merits, Manafort should never have been questioned in the first place, so the perjury trap should never have happened.
That’s his beef, and an honest judge could very well see it that way too.
