The Justice Department's internal watchdog has concluded that James Comey defied authority at times during his tenure as FBI director, according to sources familiar with a draft report on the matter.
One source told ABC News that the draft report explicitly used the word "insubordinate" to describe Comey's behavior. Another source agreed with that characterization but could not confirm the use of the term.
In the draft report, Inspector General Michael Horowitz also rebuked former Attorney General Loretta Lynch for her handling of the federal investigation into Hillary Clinton's personal email server, the sources said.
On Tuesday morning, President Donald Trump complained of "numerous delays" in the release of Horowitz's final report, which is expected to run several hundred pages long and be released in the coming days. The sources who spoke to ABC News were willing or able to address only a portion of the draft report's complete findings.
"What is taking so long with the Inspector General's Report on Crooked Hillary and Slippery James Comey," Trump said on Twitter. "Hope report is not being changed and made weaker!"
There is no indication the president has seen – or will see – a draft of the report before its release. Horowitz, however, could revise the draft report now that current and former officials mentioned in it have offered their responses to the inspector general's conclusions, according to the sources.

It is being made weaker and will probably be released on June 12th, the day of Trump’s Singapore summit. And the MSM won’t give it 30 seconds of coverage. “Mistakes were made” will about sum it up.
If this is it, the IG report is a nothingburger.
There’s a pretty significant “competition” out there for who “gets” to be the fall guy and shield for the Obama Admin types. McCabe’s making his first move to make it Comey...the hotter it is, the more likely Comey will have to take the fall to keep it from going higher. Strzok already knows he’s screwed, he’s way to much a soldier (pawn) to survive the fallout.
I’d be happy in the end, if we can just get to the point of completely cleaning out DOJ, CIA, FBI later on in the Trump presidency. We’re probably not going to get a Big Political Player in Leavenworth, we may have to be satisfied getting a Colonel. Our politics are just too polluted, with too many politicians having totally sold out (the country and their constituents) to be able to bring the biggest hammer down. It takes a generation to change a culture, even a political culture, and the culture we have here today is as sordid, rancid, polluted and criminal as any this poor planet has ever seen.
It’s going to be long slog just turning it around, let alone cleaning it out. A lot of players are going to have to go away or pass away. And the population will have to wake up from its divisions and realize we’ve all been played and we’ve all been had. That’s a tough process and we are a weak people.

An exoneration of Comey !? That means Horowitz is really saying Comey was unfairly terminated !

this is sniffing the air, and you know what I smell? a few will get the back of their hand whacked with a ruler, no criminal charges, no one getting fired , no one going to jail. bottom line , this was a year of wasted time and money.
SO the IG report is out.

Most of the 'fixing' of the investigation in Hillary's favor involved investigatory and prosecutorial decisions.
Such as deciding whether or not to seize evidence. Whether to grant immunity for nothing. And whether or not to charge Hillary.
So don't expect the report to criticize the DOJ/FBI for corruptly 'fixing' Hillary's case and not charging her.
The IG already told us, they're not going to second guess DOJ/FBI on whether or not Hillary should have been charged with a crime.
That's why this long IG report process has been, for the most part, an effort to delay things and distract from the fact that no special counsel was appointed many months ago to investigate the obviously crooked way the DOJ/FBI handled the 'fixing' of Hillary's crimes.
Sessions has recused himself from anything to do with Hillary's campaign. It seems clear that he considers that to include the question of whether crimes were committed by the DOJ/FBI in declaring that she is not a crook her during the election season.

We know from recent history that "defied authority" and insubordinate" is exactly how Democrats would describe a Democrat lawbreaker. It is the very response we should have expected from the MSM and its "sources".
That was a warning shot. They have been put on notice that if Horowitz plans to deliver 400-500 pages of black marker, the President will commence declassifying.
Keep in mind, the only leaks we’ll get are those most favorable to the Deep State. And they’ll be leaked to friendly media.
Of course...All of the top people at these agencies are corrupt...It would be naive to think one inspector general would be an outlier...

He has time to take a company of Marines with fixed bayonets to the desk of whoever has the original report. He’s the president and he can’t get a government report? I’d stand every demonrat in the country up against a wall before I’d let that happen.
