Kim Jong-un's opulent palace has been revealed in a series of remarkable photographs which give a tantalising glimpse into the life of the reclusive North Korean leader.
The pictures, taken at an unknown location near the North Korean capital Pyongyang, show his modern residence - complete with pristine gardens and a minimalist interior.
Valery Sharifulin, a Russian journalist, was given unique access to Kim's mansion while Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov visited Pyongyang.
Lavrov met with Kim while a former North Korean spy chief travelled to New York and met with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in an attempt to salvage a summit between President Trump and Kim.
President Donald Trump signaled on Thursday that he still expects to meet with North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un on June 12 in Singapore, saying he's 'hopeful' that the summit will happen as scheduled.
He also confirmed that a North Korean delegation would 'probably' be coming to Washington on Friday to hand-deliver a letter from the North Korean dictator.

Check it out closely. Utility poles but no wires, transformers, or terminating insulators. Why the poles then? Just to tease?

Impalement of uncooperative peasants.
Here’s his fathers.........
Luxury for ME, squalor and hunger for thee...
Would expect nothing else from a Commie dick-tater...
Housekeepers do a great job cleaning up the blood splatters.
I wonder how many gardeners he has.
Millions.
Car dealership with only 1 car......
For all you know that big building next to the house could be the NORK NSA, or the back of the hangar where Rocket Man keeps his fleet of private jets.
Well we know his father built ‘a web’ of tunnels and underground buildings connected throughout the country. I suspect the same for the residences.
But again it’s all about ‘fake’ appearances of everything. Painting one side of buildings, to manicured lawns.
I watched an interesting video of a group who visit N.Koreas TB patients...the form of their TB is the worst... and takes 18 months to treat with very hard side effects. Some choose to die rather than suffer those. They have them ‘secluded away’ way out in the country side in really sad conditions.
At any rate....something which was apparent was the inability of the N.Koreans treating these people to grasp the most basic understanding of what and how to administer and track their patients...and these ‘are’ their medical personnel and staff.
This is why Kim Un builds all these modern hospital facilities but has nobody who can actually treat people so they are empty.
You cannot spend decades ‘frying’ peoples brain to where they cannot do basic critical thinking or decision making and expect a good end. They will struggle greatly to learn and understand.
It was an eye opener of the future difficulties that will be among the people down the road.
Is his wife the lady that was with him some six or so years ago and then disappeared? Or is she a different lucky lady?
Wikipedia seems to think this is the same lady he was with six years ago but disappeared for unknown reasons. (Apparently to have one of Kims kids.)
;-)
No. See Post #20 above.
“I didnt expect that NK had the potential to develop such a beautiful environment.”
It’s possible anywhere the people aren’t having to scramble to catch bugs to eat. In that case, just the leadership lives well.
President Trump and the SK president, I’d guess, are viewing this as an incredible market to open.
White castle, no crenulation.
“President Trump and the SK president, Id guess, are viewing this as an incredible market to open.”
It’d be some seriously cheap labor, at least for a while.
I wonder how many gardeners he has......What’s the population of NK?
