A viral video released this week caught a woman on camera launching a racist tirade against an Asian-American service member in a parking lot in California.
James Ahn said he was driving earlier this month when the woman pulled up next to him and pulled her eyes back in an offensive gesture.
This is not your f-king country, she says in the video. This is my country.

All that we could establish is that this was derogatory remarks between two parties, Bosques said. There was no threat and there was no crime committed. We did document everything in a report and we classified it as a disturbance.
The womans freedom of speech although hateful is protected by the First Amendment, police said.
The other piece of this is that these two motorists were driving in traffic yelling at each other and the situation couldve been worse for other drivers around them, Bosques said.

Watch the video and tell me what nationality you believe the racist female driver is.
Since when did the police start classifying 'racist hate speech' as free speech protected by the 1st Amendment?
I'm all for that but before I try it out I want to be sure this wasn't some special circumstance.
Looks Hispanic and she’s acting purposely to insult.
Cheap and uncreative way to go if one is going to go get in to a tiff over driving, and even going for the interpersonal fight is low in the first place.
...as she sped away in her Honda...
Nowadays, Democrats are content with killing babies and celebrating cop-killings. However, that's one old-hag Democrat wanting to relive the good old days.
Her behavior is rude, but it’s legal, so long as she didn’t issue any direct threats. I’ll bet she’s feeling pretty foolish about now.
There seems to be a rash of similar situations here lately.
A 60 y/o man in Florida at a McDonalds asked 4 Egyptian teenagers “Are you boys American?” He then went off saying “GTFO of my country! You don’t deserve American Food.
He then pulled a knife and a taser. This man was arrested.
He’s lucky those four teens did not gang up on him and fight back as self defense.
Hate speech is protected by the First Amendment.
its not news worthy at all...
but she is a real jerk....
“Since when did the police start classifying ‘racist hate speech’ as free speech protected by the 1st Amendment?”
When it isn’t a white person doing it.
okay friends answer me this, same scene but a white guy pulls up and rubs black on his face and says, Ummm ummmm I sho do like watermelon. No problem right? No threat was issued but you can bet your sweet petunia that guy would go to jail. I could be wrong here but I’m not, this is how bad this country had gotten with the offended blacks.
Greek.
One of the islands in the Aegean Sea.
North of the Dodecanese.
Hmm. Not Patmos.
Limnos? Not quite.
Lesbos?
She should try f***ing some broken China.
My very bad.
Reminds me of the guy who blew around me on I-40 about 41 years ago with a BIG paper Mache’ whale on top of his Japanese made DATSUN.
One the sides and back were big signs proclaiming...”SAVE THE WHALES! BOYCOTT JAPANESE PRODUCTS!”
Looks Hispanic and sounds Hispanic.
So - were they?
I work with Hispanics and they can be really snotty toward Asians. It’s weird.
I want to know how seemingly everything ends up on video these days. Was the guy driving and filming with his phone all the time? Frankly, I think some of these videos are set up. It stretches truth to expect us to believe he got his phone out that fast and starting taping.

Geez ... it must be a REALLY slow news day.
Crap like this happens all the time. Since when does bad behavior by some retard become newsworthy.
Maybe someone should now write an article about my hate speech in calling that lady a retard! And I’m sure, in some school, somewhere, a 3rd grade boy just called some girl “stinky” ... so stop the presses!
And this is news because???
