Her behavior is rude, but it’s legal, so long as she didn’t issue any direct threats. I’ll bet she’s feeling pretty foolish about now.
There seems to be a rash of similar situations here lately.
A 60 y/o man in Florida at a McDonalds asked 4 Egyptian teenagers “Are you boys American?” He then went off saying “GTFO of my country! You don’t deserve American Food.
He then pulled a knife and a taser. This man was arrested.
He’s lucky those four teens did not gang up on him and fight back as self defense.
So - were they?
