Ooooo...enjoy the light show. Hope you get some great footage!
I like nature too...as long as it is not too hot, too cold, too dry or too mosquito-y. LOL!
Yep! You have a way with words all right...Streisand or no. LOL! Always enjoy your responses to the quiz!
I am eyeball deep in work. The lights go off every night at 6p. They shocked me and I realized I didn’t do the ping. Going to do that now.
That’s VERY smart!
I also like the pink ones. LOL! Does that make me double smart? :)

"You Are Nature Smart" |
You are the type of person who experiences learning by doing. You love to study the natural world around you. You probably take care of plants and animals with ease. You intuitively sense what they need most. You enjoy hands on science, especially when experiments are involved. You need to find out everything for yourself. |
Well, the storm was already petering out by the time I found out about it but there were a couple of decent streaks. Haven’t put them into the computer yet, though, to see how they showed up.
What was really nice was seeing a bunch of lightning bugs. They finally came out. Been waiting for them to show up.
Well, dang. I was afraid you’d get buried in work today. I hope you’ve been able to get enough done there that you won’t be up all night with homework.
Saw the ping [thanks for it!], but wasn’t worried. I know Tuesday is a wild day for you most of the time. Keep hoping things will slow down a bit or y’all get a full crew so you don’t feel so much pressure.
Is that you Margret?
Howdy, PRO!
LOL! Nope, don’t feed the kittehs catnip but they’ll eat some of it if it falls out of a catnip toy. They do prefer to just roll in it, even out in the yard when they run across it.
Dude!
Thanks for taking the quiz! Never figured you to be a nature boy. LOL!
Lightning bugs! That’s even better! We don’t have those here.
Just mosquitoes. LOL!
We have plenty of skeeters here too. There were a few buzzing around my head while I was out there. grrrrrrrr
Now that I know the lightning bugs are out, I’ll have to go out just as the sun sets. It’s like standing in a fairy land as they come up from the ground by the thousands. It’s a gorgeous sight to behold.
I know you take care of your kittehs!
Hot day here too, did a bit of shopping and now laying low.
My body is used to getting tired earlier on the days before I work, just like clockwork. Funny how that works once a pattern is established.
Even if you aren't a musician yet, you could be a very good one. You are listening to every musical thing around you.
Music gets stuck in your head, and it's sometimes even things you have composed yourself. You always are humming or singing a tune.
You feel lost in this world if you're away from your music for too long. Music inspires and motivates you. You usually concentrate better when you're listening to music, even if you're doing something difficult. You love your background tunes!
Evenin’ Luvvy!
It says “You Are Math Smart”.
(Until they throw in the letters! lol)
I used to see them when we’d go to church with my grandparents near Abilene. Also saw them in Maine. They are magical. :)
Well BINGO! They sure got that one right! :)
Hey, they do make catnip you can grow in a little pot for cats to eat. I just don’t those for our critters. These jerks would drag the little pot around the house, knowing them. LOL
Once I got a little thingie of grass for them and it was full of gnats!! They hatched out when I watered it to make the seeds grow. That’s the other reason I don’t get any of that stuff.
I know what you mean about the body adjusting. I’m getting better at going to sleep earlier on Fri. nights so I’m not dead when I go up to the museum on Saturday mornings.
I ran Piper to the vet this afternoon for a steroid shot. Her pancreatitis had cranked up again. This will probably be a regular thing from now on.
Took Sasha along simply to weigh her since we don’t have a digital scale. She’s gained a pound over the past couple of weeks since she got shots for whatever has been going on with her. I know she’s happy to be able to eat well again.
