A Baltimore County police officer was fatally shot in Perry Hall Monday afternoon during a traffic stop.
Police said the shooting happened in a residential neighborhood near Belair and Klausmier roads, after the officer responded about a suspicious vehicles in the unit-block of Linwen Way.
The officer, who would have been a 4-year veteran in July, was shot in the head just after 2 p.m. and was taken to Medstar Franklin Square hospital nearby where she was pronounced dead at 2:50 p.m.

I was looking for her name to include her and her family in prayers, but I didn’t see it. Nor did the video seem to work so I couldn’t hear the news report.

Cuz about a year ago the guy about to rat out Baltimore PD for a bunch of drug stuff was SHOT IN THE HEAD the DAY BEFORE he was scheduled to testify.

There apparently were four people in the car she stopped (suspects in a home invasion/robbery) and told the folks in the car to exit the vehicle. She was in the front of the vehicle with her weapon drawn. They ran over her,

We need a national holiday just for cops. Call it as strike if you must. Watch gun sales soar and ALL businesses close for the day.
How awful. So she never even got to fire her gun. But they should teach them better technique, because a cop shouldn’t stand in front of the vehicle.
That said, criminals have no fear of killing cops anymore. DeBlasio, in fact, is busy releasing cop-killers (including those who set up ambushes because they wanted to kill cops) and they are coming out as heroes to leftist or racialist groups in NYC.
