What the graph shows: The Republicans now LEAD the generic ballot poll by 6.2 points. Last week, they trailed by 2.9%. They had been trailing by 11 as recently as April 8. They are now TIED among young voters.

Don’t get too excited. There’s a bigger blip on the same chart, presumably over the tax cut package in December. I expect this is to do with Korea and maybe China. If either of those falls through, we’ll probably revert to normal.
This time around, cook the polls to favor Republicans to motivate Democrats to turn out.

IMO, the generic poll is not a good indicator of the individual races. I never believed the “blue wave” narrative but historically speaking, the party in power loses seats. I expect to see that again but not as many.
The democrats will nationalize the Virginia campaign and have the shady groups set up more shady groups and spend loads of untraceable shady money lying for the next few months.
One of the highlights last week when Pelosi, referencing MS-13 animals, said that "all people have a spark of the divine in them." LOL. Let's hope they stick with that message.
Even a small shift in Black support for Trump would account for this.

What is called RINO or GOPe reflect the overall view of the Republican voters, like it or not. That is who runs campaigns and get elected. The tail is not going to wag the dog.
TX liberals are still insisting a “blue wave” will let them retire TCruz and maybe even win the governorship.
I’m not taking anything for granted, regardless of how positive the news is. I’ll be there on election day.
