Don Blankenship isn’t done being a thorn in the side of the GOP.
The ex-con former coal baron announced Monday morning that he plans to run as the Constitution Party’s nominee for Senate, a move that could damage his former party’s chances at defeating Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) if he’s able to actually get on the ballot.

President Trump made his call on the matter in the primary without endorsing the other two candidates including the winner Morrisey.
He dissed Blankenship and Blankenship obviously felt burned.
By the way, Blankenship blames the federal regulations for the deadly mine accident, not the federal laws and regs against him in criminal prosecution.
All those rules and regs make criminals out of people in this country from coast to coast like farmers, ranchers, small business owners.
There are a lot of aggrieved people out there.
When do the federal agencies disappear?
The GOP keeps the agencies in place and their regs help bigger business crush smaller ones.

No. Murkowski cheated and was selected by the Secretary of State of Alaska to represent them after losing to the Tea Party candidate.
The law stated that write in candidates had to correctly spell the name. More than 10% of her votes, enough to cost her the election, were misspelled, and thus invalid and illegal, and they were certified anyway.
At some point, the cheating, fraud and insanity needs to stop.
