No. Murkowski cheated and was selected by the Secretary of State of Alaska to represent them after losing to the Tea Party candidate.
The law stated that write in candidates had to correctly spell the name. More than 10% of her votes, enough to cost her the election, were misspelled, and thus invalid and illegal, and they were certified anyway.
At some point, the cheating, fraud and insanity needs to stop.
Someone pointed out that third party people are all kooks. Why? Because we don’t believe that the Dems are worth two sh!ts and the GOP-e is literally one step behind the DNC traitors? We should be supporting a strong third party that would be able to take on the GOP-e and the Demotraitors. I know I am, and you can look at my posts and see I’m not a “kook”. I support the Veteran’s Party of America. We’re trying to get ballot access in all 50 states, and I know we’ll be successful at some point. The two-party system has to be stopped.
Good recap thank you; and what boggles the mind is that she got that many write-in votes to get within the margin of cheating. Lived there mid-90s; the outcome really surprised me.
