At the same time Sessions is in a position, and Trump for that matter, actually KNOW the information that is being withheld by Rosenstein et al..
If Sessions believes there was no Trump/Russia collusion and that he himself never engaged in any efforts to collude, why would he continue to stand down in this effort for discovery?
Interestingly enough, Trump hasn’t “dressed down” Sessions recently.
To consider that both Trump and Sessions are allowing the “Deep State”, the Democrats and the MSM to play out their hand in order to blow this thing wide open would be wild.
Trump knows he has one chance, just one chance, to succesfully counter attack the Deep State and their lies. Once the secret government attempts to sabotage the Trump campaign, unparalleled in the history of any free society, are exposed, the Deep State mask will have slipped for all.

I’m not asking him to finish the job. I’m asking him to show some sign that he’s even started it, or does ANYTHING to justify we-the-people giving him a paycheck.
But, since you’re asking, I’d go through the voter rolls, see who among the government employees voted RAT, and fire them. Period. Let them flip burgers, stand in unemployment lines, or pick up garbage - I don’t care, as long as they’re not in there trying to undermine out government.
And then I’d get to work trying to figure out a way to weed them out of our educational system.

I’m not following you about “the other side.” Rudy would be investigating the DOJ/FBI, not representing them.
The DOJ employs lots of ‘outside’ people in the various ‘task forces’ over the years. Their use is under the same kind of regulations that authorize a SC. Those regs would be VERY tough to challenge, and a successful challenge would have much further repercussions.
He cannot have any connection to an investigation in a matter where he is: (1) a likely victim, and (2) a potential witness.
His other favorite thing is throwing the press a meaningless bone and the press fight over it with their meaningless creative writing.

He needs to fire Sessions and bitch slap him too. If the President is tweeting this it tells me Sessions hasn’t been doing a damn thing behind the scenes. This is the biggest crime ever committed against the American people and Jeff Sessions needs to be ordered to investigate it. That’s not acceptable.
If Giuliani was appointed as a special counsel, he'd be investigating the DOJ/FBI as an attorney for the U.S. government in a case where he had previously served as Donald Trump's personal attorney. He can't represent two different clients in the same matter, even if he's not representing them at the same time.
Exactly and even if he does, he’s going to exonerate anyone who was involved. Remember what Sessions said about Hillary and the violations of the espionage act? “The evidence is just not there.” Uh yeah, except for the overwhelming evidence that is there. The guy is part if the deep state, Trump needs to fire this mofo ASAP
