That’s an interesting thought.

At the same time Sessions is in a position, and Trump for that matter, actually KNOW the information that is being withheld by Rosenstein et al..

If Sessions believes there was no Trump/Russia collusion and that he himself never engaged in any efforts to collude, why would he continue to stand down in this effort for discovery?

Interestingly enough, Trump hasn’t “dressed down” Sessions recently.

To consider that both Trump and Sessions are allowing the “Deep State”, the Democrats and the MSM to play out their hand in order to blow this thing wide open would be wild.

It should be obvious to all of us by now that Sessions has a clear conflict of interest in the "Russia collusion" matter ... which is really the "illegal FISA surveillance" matter.

He cannot have any connection to an investigation in a matter where he is: (1) a likely victim, and (2) a potential witness.
