Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.) warned Republican lawmakers on Friday not to expose the identity of top-secret FBI informant, saying that to do so would be "irresponsible" — and potentially illegal.
"It would be at best irresponsible, and at worst potentially illegal, for members of Congress to use their positions to learn the identity of an FBI source for the purpose of undermining the ongoing investigation into Russian interference in our election," Warner, the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, said in a statement.
"Anyone who is entrusted with our nation’s highest secrets should act with the gravity and seriousness of purpose that knowledge deserves," he added.

Lovely. So when will Sen Warner rebuke his Dem colleague Jay Rockefeller for near-constant leaks in an attempt to undermine GW Bush and various military actions? Rockefeller delivered more paper than the US Mail during those years.

That's going to be done under a court order -- probably MULTIPLE court orders -- from a judge presiding over the cases Mueller's team of misfit lawyers are prosecuting.
The defendants in these cases have the right to see this evidence, and to potentially call this source as a witness.
It's actually intriguing to see how this is all playing out. Devin Nunes and his committee aren't doing this to reveal the source. They're doing this to inform the defense attorneys in those various cases that this source exists.
......or all the illegal actions carried out by the scum leading the FBI and heading the CIA during Brennan’s dirty operations, and Hillary’s reckless treatment of classified information. The Dems really are scared....
