Joseph diGenova, a former Trump personal lawyer and U.S. attorney, said Sunday that the president will not agree to be interviewed by special counsel Robert Mueller in his Russia collusion probe because it has devolved into a “bad faith” investigation.
“The president will not sit down for an interview because this investigation has reached a level of bad faith,” diGenova told “Fox News Sunday.” “This is no longer a good faith investigation.”
Mueller and his team of lawyers investigating whether the 2016 Trump presidential campaign colluded with Russia to influence the outcome of the race purportedly want to interview Trump.

Yep. I did a quick search. Mueller himself is a registered (deep state) Republican. But there are 17 attorney staff members on his team. 13 are registered Democrats. The other four seem to be registered Independent.
There is not a single registered Republican lawyer on Mueller’s team!

That sounds like a good strategy to me.
The original supposed crime was Russian collusion or something like that and now no one knows what crime Mulehead is supposed to be investigating.

The Mueller investigation was never based on good faith in the first place. It was all based on phony lies and a fake dossier. Bought and paid for by the Clinton crime foundation.

Trump wont talk. He’s just putting out a hypothetical that he would like to talk if Mueller could be fair and unbiased. Of couse, Mueller and his team can never be fair and unbiased. The media can go on and on and say that Mueller is a Republican, marine and former FBI director, but that can’t cover his conduct and the makeup of his team.
Trump will keep saying that he wants to talk and is trying to work things out with Mueller, even if he gets a subpoena. Meanwhile, Trump won’t talk to Mueller, he’ll keep talking down Mueller to the public, and send the case up to the SC. I’m sure he’s done this type of thing with people in business. Say that you want to work with them, all the while criticizing their integrity and conduct.
The advantage that Trump has is that Mueller can’t defend himself in public. If he were to attack Trump, that proves Trump’s point. Only the media can defend Mueller.

I believe you’re correct.
President Trump didn’t get where he is today by doing dumb things and he isn’t going to start doing them now.
Notice how Trump began the negotiation by saying that he would like to testify. And now notice how he says “no” and points out how the investigation has devolved into a bad faith investigation.
Perhaps Joe is still assisting the President in some capacity. The above quote from Sekulow would hint at that. And Joe's announcement in this article seems pretty authoritative.

I was hoping he would agree to the interview, but 3 days before the interview, declassify All documents regarding Uranium 1, give them to the US Attorney so he can get a Grand Jury indictment for The Fraud, Bribery, and perhaps treasonous activities of Mueller. Walk in and inform him he is going to PRISON for the Rest of His Life, the Marshall’s are outside with a Warrant for your Arrest.
