Rep. Luke Messer (R-IN) tweeted out that he and 17 of his House colleagues wrote a letter to Oslo recommending Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. The letter contends that Trump ought to receive the prize for “his work to end to [sic] the Korean War, denuclearize the Korean peninsula, and bring peace to the region.”

“President Moon Jae-in of South Korea has consistently praised the Administration’s work and recently said, ‘President Trump should win the Nobel Prize,” the letter reads. (AFP translated Moon’s remarks differently, saying that he said “President Trump can take the Nobel prize. All we need to take is peace.”) “We can think of no one more deserving of the Committee’s recognition in 2019 than President Trump for his tireless work to bring peace to our world.”

While Trump should win the peace prize, I’m somewhat ambivalent about it because the nobel peace prize has been a joke in the past.
It’s like saying Trump should be honored at the Washington Correspondent’s dinner. Yes he should be honored. But surely there’s a better forum than the smut dinner.

All this positive winning for Trump really boxes out Mueller’s attempt to illegally remove him from office.
“Oslo” has already “filed” it.
This will just allow Big Media to be more excited about whoever “defeats” Trump for this “prestigious” “prize”.

Look at it this way. It pisses off the democrats to no end. They know Trump is a true man of peace. And that he deserves it. Unlike Carter, Obama and Gore.
Why not?
If Zerø could win one by doing absolutely nothing; Trump should win by actually doing something. A whole lot of somethings.
So the Dems will then sue the Nobel Committee for collusion and interference in the Nov midterms
When Republicans start protecting the President from bogus investigations, I will give them kudos, until that time this is an empty gesture of good will.
And if Trump doesn't win, we could send Kanye to steal the microphone and say Trump should have won!!!
I’m all for it. The Nobel Peace Prize may be nothing but a crock of s**t, but the announcement would make most of the liberals heads fall off. And the NY Slimes would have a difficult time writing a suitable headline.
