It will never make it to court. You cannot file a lawsuit for something subjective. It’s called opinion and nothing more.
All these lawsuits are designed to tie Alex down in litigation. The good news is Alex is filing counter suits and will go after all those that do not cease and desist.
Getting your wages garnished is never a good thing.

Even if that is case Alex can only be held liable if he encourages people to go out and do this. Alex, never did that. He walked it back over 4 years ago which means he is outside statutory linmits too.
There is no case. Ithe lawsuit is only there to smear his name which is why he will countersuit and will not settle.

You can’t file lawsuits based on opinions on what happened at an incident. If that was the case you could file lawsuits on the entire country.

For the record Alex was with her all day in excess of 12 hours when they did this interview.
Moreover, Megyn cut and clipped the interview instead of showing the full interview.
