On Thursday, one Danish tourist in New York City found out that wearing pro-Trump attire apparently warrants getting robbed at knifepoint.
Jannich Andersen was enjoying New York City with his friends so much that he decided to buy his father a gift - a red “Make America Great Again” hat. He said he bought it as a joke and thought it would be acceptable to wear around Union Square subway station. However, a couple of thugs found nothing funny about his accessory choice.
Andersen says that two men in their twenties circled him and told him to remove his hat. When he refused, they ripped it off his head.
“(One of them) looks at me and asks if I knew what the hat meant, what it symbolized and I said yes,” Andersen said. “He said, ‘You’re not gonna leave here with this (the hat).’”
“I reached out to him and grabbed it back,” the tourist said. “He pulled my shirt and ripped it. I get it back. I tried to walk back to the subway and just as I’m about to go downstairs he grabs it again and pushes me and ripped my shirt again.”
At this point, Andersen wanted to continue to try and get his hat back. But his friend warned him that the assailants had a knife on them.
“Then in Danish one of our friends said one of the guys had a knife and I start to panic and look around and I let go of the hat,” he said.
“I’m a little shocked,” Andersen told the New York Daily News Friday. “Until then I had a very good experience (in the city).”
“I get it if someone gets offended and shouts something — but not go to where you pull out a knife and think it’s okay to stab someone over a hat."
Sadly, Andersen says the lesson he learned is to not wear the MAGA baseball cap.
“I just think I shouldn’t really be wearing that hat,” Andersen said. “My friend told me not to wear it 'cause someone will jump you, someone will get offended.”
There is still some of that Viking spirit there. ................................ Now they have the Son’s of Odin, sounds like a Biker Gang or one of those Prison Fraternities. They’re probably tagged as racists, because they want Norway for Norwegians, and they can’t have that in the NWO. I think they are also active in Sweden. I also think we are going to see a wave of nationalism returning back to Western and Eastern Europe. LOL, the people may or will revolt against becoming S#!tholes via forced immigration. Whether I am right or wrong I won’t see it in my life time, my fuse is too short.

No truer line has ever been written. I grew up in that toilet and there’s not enough money in existence for me to ever go back. I effin hate that place like the plague, it is just the absolute epitome of everything that is wrong with humanity. It’s a city of twisted lunatics who have zero logic and zero sense of self preservation. Anything that damages them and the rest of the city, you can be damn sure they will support it. The past few years they were complaining how hellish life was under Bill DeBlasio, the taxes, the transit system all messed up, record setting homeless, cops being executed, crime going up, education that’s in the toilet, DeBlasio getting rid of charter schools (which they took to the streets to protest about) and what do they do? Oh they reelect him! Of course because why use logic and common sense? Let’s vote to keep our lives in hell. Absolutely morons in that city, I don’t know how anyone can stand living there.
I saw a car with a stupid “Stop Hate” bumper sticker, and I was so tempted to slap a “Vote Republican” sticker underneath it. :-)
The ways in which stories are covered differently, treated differently by activists, and used differently by politicians matter since all of that affects people’s lives.
Nothing is said about the other assailant, but according to this article, the other suspect was white too. I bring this up because God has given me a strong testimony through Him bringing me to know many black people about how many are "good people" when we use the world's standard, not the Christian one, of a good person, which in some ways it's necessary to do. I've pretty much been working class for much of my life, so I've known a great many black people, I've worked with many, and despite whatever is in the news and what the political class is saying, so many black people, and I would say most I've encountered, treat the white people around them principally as other people. I've seen lots and lots of good will, charity, genuinely attempted fairness, and all-around "non-black behavior" (according to the negative stereotypes about black people) by black people towards white people, and I've also seen plenty of white people who haven't been kind, fair, or charitable - and I would say that, for various reasons, I've seen a lot more of it from white people, though of course I have from some black people, too. I'm probably much more likely to be around treacherous white people, being white myself, for one thing, but also it's possible that treacherous white people are less likely overall to be, say, in prison. And of course, I've also seen and experienced a lot of good will from other white people in my life, but as I said, I've seen and experienced from a great many black people, too. At different times I've gotten kind, thoughtful and charitable treatment from many black people, too, and have seen it towards other white people, without any fanfare or anyone calling attention to it or them looking anything in return. And this all of course has much to do in part with the fact that working class white people for the most part also see and treat black people as other people, know them as individuals, and will also try to treat them kindly and fairly. So anyway, that's what I had to say about this to you all.
And how do you see those things to be? I’ve seen things distorted by the elites, like the Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman case. I spent months researching the actual facts from the evidence released and also sharing those facts online, while often getting called a racist by white liberals. Just the other day, two black men were arrested at Starbucks for refusing to leave and the white liberal elites are making that about their race, and though I haven’t yet looked closely at the circumstances, I have my doubts about that going in. All in all, I see the white liberal elite as using race to get political power and not caring if what they say is true or not in order to do so.
But on the other hand, I also have to say that I often see a lack of Christian behavior and attitude and a lack of justice towards black people by white conservatives, too, and that also affects people’s lives. Everybody’s, regardless of their race.
I agree with Architect: It’s the media coverage and political double-standard that’s the issue. And so we try to eek some humor out of it.
