If the US Government offered/ issued a redeemable or even a non redeemable wall/ fence Bond, would you purchase them?

Only if I had a guarantee that the money would go for the wall rather then into some bureaucrat's pocket.
The guarantee would have to include the right to horsewhip anyone who misused the funds.
