Walmart is removing the sex-obsessed, pro-abortion womens magazine Cosmopolitan from its checkout shelves.
The retail chain announced the change this week after considering concerns raised by parents and conservative groups about the content of the magazine, USA Today reports.
While this was primarily a business decision, the concerns raised were heard, Walmart spokesperson Meggan Kring said.
Cosmpolitan often displays scantily clad women on its front covers, along with headlines promoting risky sexual behavior and other objectionable content. It also regularly advocates for abortion on demand. Inside its pages, Cosmo has criticized late-term abortion bans and justified eugenic abortions of disabled unborn babies. It has blasted pro-life pregnancy centers for helping women understand abortion risks and alternatives. And it has allowed countless women to justify aborting their unborn babies for any reason at all.

Maybe that will start a trend, and force Cosmo out of business?
Cosmo has certainly been at the foreFRont of the coarsening of America!
Advocating sluttiness and advocating abortion go together.
Funny. I go to the Walmart in Panorama City and the entire rack is full of gun magazines. And this is Panorama City CA.
+1 for Walmart
Pretty gutty of Walmart. Hey, who just signed a budget bill funding Planned Parenthood’s abortion mills with your tax $$$?
Asking for a friend.
Does Walmart employee health insurance or HSA’s pay for abortion?
Does Walmart Pharmacy sell the Plan B Abortion Pill?
I actually have more respect for real porn than Cosmo. Cosmo is the lowest of the low.
Victoria Hearst wins. https://nypost.com/2018/03/28/hearst-heiress-thanks-jesus-after-walmart-pulls-cosmo-from-checkout-lines/
Are they still going to let bull dykes use the men’s room to drop a spike?
Many many years ago while standing on line in a supermarket I noticed the word “sex” was on the front page of the current month’s Cosmo and the previous month’s Cosmo. THe next time I went in was a month later and “sex” was on the cover of Cosmo again. I’ve checked each time I happen to be in a supermarket and never saw a cover of Cosmo that did not have the word “sex” on it. So Walmart has finally made its move - good for them.
Cosmo is a rag. It is sex-obsessed.
Cosmo magazine began its sordid life when Helen Gurley Brown wrote, “Sex and the Single Girl.”
At the time she received numerous letters from women asking her advice on all manner of personal problems.
She did not know how she could answer all the questions.
Her husband, movie producer David Brown, suggest she start a magazine....they approached the editors of the mid-Victorian Cosmopolitan magazine.
The idea of a magazine advising single women about sex and relationships was developed.
H/G/B became the editor of long-standing and turned the magazine into what it is today.
It stood at the forefront of the sexual revolution....as pioneered by H/G/B in her book.
