I see the right is now borrowing the page from the left that all prostitutes are scared kidnapped girls shipped from Thailand.
TV should be next.Prime time should be family friendly as it was years ago.
Man, I sure wish the fedgov would pass a law to stop telemarketers...
Oh, Wait!
Nice to see Congress accomplish something.
And I appreciate how the writer of this piece uses “congressman” in front of a female’s name instead of the insipid “congressperson”.
The only sex on prime time tv is gays and lesbians kissing.
My second thought - thousands of new street walkers, and thousands of new bitcoin accounts.
Imagine if someone created a user profile on a dating site looking for quick sex and someone becomes a victim of sexual assault. That person could now sue the website for not protecting them.
Just one more reason to NOT watch TV...YUK, disgusting!
I am FAR from a saint or a prude, but I was shocked to read how many sites were listed. I knew of a few by name but the vast majority were ones I had no idea that they even existed. Obviously a bigger problem that I knew.
Thousands of dignified adults notice the website shut downs, and think to themselves; “Party Pooper!”
Hey, Baby! Wanna party?
(oh noes! FR is liable!)
Sodomite marriage is a court protected “civil right”
Can selling one’s privates be far behind?
What is that supposed to mean? Young women and girls from all over the world are tricked into leaving their home countries with the promise of good paying jobs and then forced into prostitution.
Nice to see some good news.
So this person is campaigning to stop sex trafficking. Then lists all the places it happens? I’m sure these websites appreciate all the free advertising.
How about people be free to choose what programming they want to watch, instead of only being allowed to watch only what other people think is ok???
These sites also allow people to hookup with other adults who just want random sex. While that may me morally wrong it is protected speech. Sites can now also be sued by a victim or their familes who answers one of these ads and is then assaulted, kidnapped, or murdered.
I am not surprised that so much porn exists. I’ve heard for a long time that a large percentage of the internet is devoted to porn.
I also have a low opinion of Google, so I’m not surprised that it gets revenue from sex ads.
I am unhappy that Craigslist had to delete the entire ‘personals’ category.
That was one of the few places you could express your honest opinion.
At least in the ‘rants & raves’ category.
I hate progressives.
