If you use Google services, there's a really easy way to download everything you have stored on the company's servers.
This is particularly important if you ever decide to quit Google and delete your account entirely, but still want a record of your Google Calendar, an archive of the pictures in Google Photos or a copy of everything in Gmail. It's also useful if you want a reminder of everything Google knows about you.
We already showed you how to download a copy of everything Facebook knows about you. Now here's how to download an archive of your footprint on Google.
A reminder: downloading your data doesn't delete it. Think of it as a backup.

Google and Eric Schmidt know all....
I think a more accurate description is, this is what Google has on you, that they are willing to show you at this time.
Like a freeper said yesterday...maybe Google has his lost pictures of his son? It’s like a big backup of EVERYTHING you’ve ever asked, posted, saved, sent, received, etc.
Bump for later.

I don’t want to bog down the servers at work...
Sounds interesting...
"???...so I guess they know about Sasha and Lori, the twin calicoes that hang out behind the fish and chip joint"
I made an attempt a few years to confuse some of the trail, but I eventually gave up and learned to love Big Brother.
Now, I happily engage the interwebs without a care. Maybe it is true that it's easier hiding in plain sight?
I know this was an absolute shock to me. If you use gmail, try it as well to give a sense of the depth of this issue.
Pick out some random email that you deleted a long time ago, such as a notice of a utility bill or credit card bill.
Then, use the gmail search function and search for that email item.
If you get regular bills, or emails, from this place you will then see that Google displays - at least in all my cases - many, many emails that I deleted long ago, including emptying the “trash”.
Yeah, Google knows everything.

“I don’t want to know. I’ve used practically all of the G services over the years, so I assume it’s 100% coverage..........”

Good point - looking like you're trying to hide is probably a red flag to those searching for hidden stragglers.
In Europe, “The Right to Disappear” is a trending meme, and a growing political topic.
It’s not an unreasonable thing to ask.
There’s a saying, “I don’t pay for prostitutes to stay with me. I pay them so that they leave in the morning.”
I think I’d be willing to pay in exchange for them deleting it all. From there, you let competition do the job of cramming the price down.

I am willing to bet that even if you don’t use google services that they keep a file on you.
