Dreamers Can Pursue Suit Charging Trump 'Bad Hombres' Bias

President Donald Trump’s administration must defend a lawsuit targeting his plan to end a program offering protection from deportation for hundreds of thousands of children of undocumented immigrants.

U.S District Judge Nicholas Garaufis in Brooklyn, New York, narrowed but didn’t dismiss the suit on Thursday, finding that there was a “plausible inference” that it was illegally aimed at Mexicans. He previously blocked the U.S. government from ending the program known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, and from halting the renewal process, but hadn’t decided whether to allow the case to proceed.

Even if it was stated as aimed at Mexicans, they are not citizens. The left judges will all do what they can to delay and stop anything Trump does. None of this judiciation is Constitutional or legal. We have accepted the Judges as our Final Arbiters Of Everything. We fight hard then we say, well a judge said no, so that’s the way it is.””

Millions can never win a challenge to a blackrobed tyrant. These people are simply and truly above the law, above the voice of millions, and below the level of the worst criminals for the harm they do to US citizens.

You go to a friendly judge, get a different opinion, then say you will follow the ruling of the friendly judge. I don’t understand why a single judge’s ruling is even accepted. When one district judge rules for the country any other district judge can be taken to ignore the first.

“We are not a nation of laws anymore”

Programs are not law. Programs can be turned on and off. Congress and the former president are in place to legislate law. They might have broken the law by creating a program that was a misuse of govt resources and taxpayers dollars.

So what? If it is discriminatory now, it was also discriminatory when written. Hence it was illegal discrimination to begin with. Not to mention unconstitutional abuse of power when originally written.
