President Donald Trumps administration must defend a lawsuit targeting his plan to end a program offering protection from deportation for hundreds of thousands of children of undocumented immigrants.

Hard jail time for judges operating outside of lawful law.

Programs are not law. Programs can be turned on and off. Congress and the former president are in place to legislate law. They might have broken the law by creating a program that was a misuse of govt resources and taxpayers dollars.
So what? If it is discriminatory now, it was also discriminatory when written. Hence it was illegal discrimination to begin with. Not to mention unconstitutional abuse of power when originally written.
