President Donald Trump’s administration must defend a lawsuit targeting his plan to end a program offering protection from deportation for hundreds of thousands of children of undocumented immigrants.
U.S District Judge Nicholas Garaufis in Brooklyn, New York, narrowed but didn’t dismiss the suit on Thursday, finding that there was a “plausible inference” that it was illegally aimed at Mexicans. He previously blocked the U.S. government from ending the program known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, and from halting the renewal process, but hadn’t decided whether to allow the case to proceed.

trump should. reauthorize his EO eliminating DACA just for spite and force the pompous-ass”judge” to enforce it of his own accord. Trump needs to ignore the voice of his Benedict Arnold of an AJ on all these suits that seek to arrogate constitutionall authority of the chief executive. Enough already with witling to appeal.. appeals are all BS. and designed solely to stop the President in his tracks. Do what is needed Mr. President, and ignore the DACA court ru,kings - hpjust as Obama ignored the court when it ruled he had no authority to issue DACA privileges.

Many of the “Dreamers” are bad hombres but they’re certainly not the only ones.
Worse, he is saying that the executive branch is prohibited from enforcing the laws made by the legislative branch. Judicial tyrany, plain and simple.
A ruling he had absolutely no authority to issue. Ordering the Executive to reinstate an Executive Order was claiming for himself the powers of the Presidency itself - which he cannot do under Separation of Powers. If he doesn't know that he is not competent to hold a law license, let alone be a Federal judge. If he did know it, he is corrupt and abusing his office. Either one should be an impeachable offense.
Hundreds of little Federal judge-presidents in their little black robes...
