Ex-FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe admitted Saturday he was “confused and distracted” when he talked to investigators about alleged misconduct during a 2016 investigation of the Trump campaign.
McCabe “lacked candor” in that interview, Attorney General Jeff Sessions determined, and fired him March 16, two days before he would have been eligible for a pension.
“Some of my answers were not fully accurate,” McCabe admitted in a Washington Post op-ed, but insisted, “I did not knowingly mislead or lie to investigators.

Seems he plainly admitted not speaking the truth. So, yes. And he deserves at least the damages inflicted upon Flynn.
I heard he had all of his speeches and testimony stored on his email server so that his answers would be accurate and truthful, but since the Russians hacked his computer, they must've changed his speeches and testimony producing said lies.
Remember Sandy Berger, stuffing classified, original documents from the National Archives in his socks, documents regarding the Clinton administration and terrorism, before the 9/11 Commission could get to them?
An assistant DA, one James Comey, issued a bunch of tough talk regarding classified info, keeping secrets and telling the truth. Berger got a slap on the wrist.
Flynn got crucified. Sadly, if McCabe gets a slap on the wrist, it’ll be swamp business as usual, and as far as I’m concerned that’s the real test of President’s Trump’s seriousness, not some porked up spending bill with lots of wiggle room since it’s not a budget.

He’s absurdly upset. Heard a Congressman say today in a video....”a few of us offered him (McCabe) a job until he got over the hump”.

lying under oath.
Thanks - I remember hearing Sara Carter talk about this (and others), but I could not remember to what this was attributed.
The case against Flynn is quite curious given that testimony under oath said the agents did not think he lied and then in a complete turnaround Mueller charged him anyways...... smells like bovine excrement to me.
