Please forgive my english .. I am one who was disgusted yesterday with that omnibus bill but according to Isaac Green, who DID read the bill, a lot of good news in there. He gives details and parts of the bill that says that here is NO funding for ABORTION - NO ABORTION can be financed by government money!!! Also here is 80 Billions for the army engineers that is funded so it can be used to build the wall.
And so much more. Please listen to this video. Everything Isaac Green says is highighted on the right side of the screen: the part of the omnibus bill he is talking about.
If Isaac is correct then the democrats are more than stupid to think they got a great deal!! But we need to pass the word so all those who are giving up on President Trump should be aware that Trump may be ever smarter than we ever thought!

Oversight means they will ensure the President draws on funds to be applied to the legislative purposes the funds were allocated for.
The President may decide to not draw funds marked for a legislative purpose such as ‘family planning’ (abortion). But IF HE DOES DRAW FUNDS from that account, he must use them for the purpose they were allocated for.

The dems think Trump’s Wall is an anti-immigration barrier, a barrier to their new and growing imported voter base, a barrier to their plans for taking back power.

See my post 16 for reasoning (and I was not snarky about it)...Guess I should have hit abuse (which I did NOT do) and asked it be moved so I don’t have to defend my question, but rather I asked poster why, as cannot have everything in breaking news sidebar or it defeats the purpose of the sidebar—kind of like highlighting every sentence, and every paragraph.
I see it was moved off the Breaking News Sidebar, so maybe I was not so out of line to merely ask.

Money is fungible. Which dollars were used for what purpose is not traceable unless you use marked cash.
That thread was posted almost immediately after the PRESIDENT'S tweet--that is my Point...Breaking news is for BREAKING (Immediate), important NEWS. It is still there on sidebar and will work its way down as new stories break.

I didn't decide anything...I merely asked a question, stated an opinion, and frankly, I note it is not there. Some would privately contact admins to have moved; however, that is not my style...

I more saddened because the opposition media/dems will be using this issue to win House...Oh and I read at least 3 articles with same content about wall funding and planned parenthood, so I am informed or at least aware. I hope the VBlogger's interpretation is correct, but I am taking a wait and see on the analysis--would like some pros to weigh in. Just saying. I would be happy to share some of these other articles here if you missed them.

I appreciate people being informed,however, if everything is posted in Breaking News Side Bar, why even have it? Another example ...if every paragraph in a book is highlighted, nothing stands out.
Guess it is just me, but I liken the sidebar to the Fox News Alerts Chyron that runs at bottom of page. Tune in for 5 minute and see top news happening at the time...

President Trump has just communicated that he has the authority to NOT spend any funds he doesn't deem necessary and will return them to the US Treasury. For example: funds the House allocated for Planned Parenthood? Trump can simply not allocate the funds ...
Trump's declarations also make some funds fungible. For instance if he determines that building a Wall on the Southern Border is a defense against Human Trafficking? He can move funds from anywhere else in the Defense Dept Allocation & simply build the Wall.
8. Congress is powerless to stop cash reallocations AND cannot stop the DOD from taking measures under a presidential-declared Emergency.
Despite the House's strict language about the Border Wall, it is outweighed by Trump's declaration of a State of Emergency.
Trump needs to use these powers - he has nothing to lose. The press will hate him whatever he does, democrats will hate him no matter what he does, Democrat War Rooms will still send him hate letters written so they sound like they come from his base... TRUMP HAS NOTHING TO LOSE BY DOING IT HIS WAY - AND EVERYTHING TO GAIN.
