A French nanny was beaten, killed and thrown on a bonfire after her employers accused her of being “in league” with a former popstar boyfriend, a court heard.

“Big hearted” Sophie Lionnet, 21, was starved, mistreated and violently assaulted after she went to live with mother-of-two Sabrina Kouider and Ouissem Medouni, the Old Bailey heard.

The pair, who are also French, allegedly confronted Miss Lionnet with “outlandish” allegations and kept her a prisoner in their home in Wimbledon, south west London.

In the implausible scenario of a Non-Muslim couple murdering and burning a Muslim nanny, the headline would mention the religion of the perp and the victims and have the word "Islamophobia" about a half-dozen times in the title alone.

But since the perps here were members of "the religion of peace" and their victim an "infidel", the cultural and religious aspect gets glossed over, just in case readers might start getting second thoughts about letting these savages into western countries.

I'll add that while Ms. Lionnet's death is tragic, you also have to wonder what she was thinking when she became an employee in the household of someone named "Ouissem Medouni."

Apparently, people in the UK and Europe don’t follow your line of thinking.

In the US, as much as CAIR and all of the radical Farrakhan crowd would love to make sharia the law of the land, that just isn’t going to happen.
