Dr. Noel is the physician who discussed Hillary's health issues during the campaign and formed a medical opinion that she was most likely suffering from Parkinson's disease.
In his new video, he analyzes her latest "event" in India on a frame by frame basis and concludes that it is more evidence that his original call was correct.

Maybe, but I don't think so. My brother has Parkinson's and when he has trouble he kind of just gets stuck in place, but on 9/11/16 Mrs. Bill Clinton just buckled and collapsed in front of the van.

It’s not certain that Hillary does in fact have Parkinson’s - but there is certainly grounds for suspicion. For sure it’s enough to make me wonder who is in charge of vetting presidential candidates???

- Whatever; he does not claim a definitive diagnosis, but describes effects of Parkinson’s, and side effects of medications for Parkinson’s, and notes the fit between those and video of Hillary in the wild.
Constitutionally, that actually is the state legislatures:
Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress . . .It seems clear to me that the states have the authority, and therefore the duty, to require full disclosure of health of presidential candidates. That should IMHO include an exam to demonstrate reasonably normal neurological function. All it would take would be for several “purple” states to require that test as a precondition for having a slate of Elector candidates pledged to you on their ballot, and the political parties and the candidates would have no choice but to accommodate them.The Electors shall meet in their respective States and vote by ballot for President and Vice-President, one of whom, at least, shall not be an inhabitant of the same State with themselves Twelfth Amendment

Wasn’t it proved that the large black man that was always by her side during the campaign was a parkinsons doctor? Or was that fake news?
Hillary has catigorically denied health problems, particularly Parkinson’s but when she is indicted, she will claim she is in poor health and use it to weasle out of a trial or a sentence.

I hope that Destiny treats her with the same “Disregard” she has show for most everyone around her including this country.
