I believe it. Everyone gets death threats for everything these days. Social media is the bane of modern humanity.

Except if you actually read what are being called "death threats," you discover they are not.

Now I have no doubt that the family has actually received death threats, but one would think if an organization were going to report it as news they would actually include one instead of excerpting insults and beratings.

Well, the examples they gave in the article do NOT amount to death threats. They’re basically saying the kid is a douche and that his attacks on the NRA are backfiring. Sounds like the kid can dish it out but can’t take it.
